Their Eyes met
Through the window, you could see how bright the sun was, it was a Monday and you could see a shadow on the bed, the duvet was covered, the room was dark and cold cause the Air conditioning was turned up to the max. The shadow stood up and you could hear a grunt, a very loud grunt and there I was, looking like a dead corpse with big eye bags cause I haven't been able to sleep for a while, why you may ask? I just went through a break up, 3-years relationship ended. It was a terrible relationship but still he was my person which made it suck the more. We were high school sweethearts, I'm turning 18 by the way and he is about to be 20. I'm currently in 200-level in the university and he was just about to get in, after my birthday in July I was going to be in 300-level which seemed so exciting cause I hated school in a way. Growing up as a child I had always felt like the odd and weird person, I had just one friend she was my Best friend and I loved her so much but she was also starting to pull away from me. The other friend I had was my brother's girlfriend but they fell out so we also fell out cause she started acting and posting weird stuffs about us. You could hear a knock at the door and it opens.
''Sarah'' my mom shouted
That's my name by the way, it's not impressive I know.
I looked her dead in the eyes as she opens my curtains which followed by the worst headache I have ever felt in my life
''Mum please'' I yelled
The only person who knew about me and him was my brother so my parents and my elder sister saw it as me being lazy.
''get dressed we are going out'' she said
''what are you talking about, I have nothing to wear why didn't you tell me a long time ago, why are you doing this to me'' I said with tears in my eyes
''I have been saying it since last week, you've been so busy on your laptop watching Chinese shows how would you have heard me'' she yelled
I could tell she was pissed but so was I but I had no choice but to comply so I don't get cursed today, I could hear screaming coming towards my bedroom, it was my niece and nephew they were busy fighting. My niece is 6 she is named Calita and my nephew is 3 and he is named Joel. I loved them so much they are so cute. My mom chased them so I could get ready, I had black Boho braids, medium length cause my school was really strict about hairs in schools which sucked.

I just finished having my bath but my hair was still in a bonnet, I did my skincare and picked out a blue jort and a jersey with Nike shoe. I could hear my mom screaming my name from the front door cause we were already late so I rushed downstairs, I still had no idea where we were going. The drive was so lonely I had to plug in my Air-pod and listen to The summer I turned pretty audio-book on the ride, I loved the movie so much, I would also be a team Conrad no matter what happen. We got to the location and it was a get together with my dad's family, I saw so many people I have never seen and they all knew my name except one guy, he looked at me so weirdly which left me confused and I started overthinking everything in my head, did my outfit not go together, is there something on my face, I'm I having another skin reaction, so many things went through my head at that moment but I couldn't say anything bad about him because he looked gorgeous, he had a low taper fade, was really tall and fair, he looked flawless, his lips were so pink I lost myself while looking at him I didn't notice someone tapping me. It was a woman, I didn't recognize her but she knew my name, she held my hands and said ''oh my God Sarah you've grown so much you look so beautiful'' she waved her hand to him and called him to come over, with every step he took towards me, my heart flustered. ''This is my son, Justin'' she said while signalling him to speak. He stretch fort his hand and said ''hi'' his deep voice made me feel so good and up-close he was even more attractive. ''hi, I'm Sarah'' I said, his mom walked away to go greet someone else so we were both left in an awkward position. ''your mom is so beautiful'' I muttered. ''thank you'' he said while looking into my eyes ''you're welcome'' I said while smiling, he smiled back and even his smile was so perfect I've never found anyone this attractive, it felt like God had in one way answered my wish today. ''Justin'' a female voice yelled, we both turned around and I saw a very attractive girl calling him, she was dark skinned, skinny, petite, huge ass, and had a pixie cut. He walked away from me and quickly ran to her and hugged her, a part of me shattered and yes I know I just met him but all my life I've always been in a competition with skinny girls, I was always comparing my self to them I was a thick girl with big boobs and my back was bit bent. I was always cheated on by skinny girls by my ex boyfriend so that didn't help my insecurity, I looked away and quietly went to sit in a corner, I took out my Air-pod and decided to watch friends on Netflix, this is my third re-watch actually. Time went on and it was time to go home, during the car drive all I was thinking of was my bed and how I couldn't wait to go and re-watch pursuit of jade or love in cloud or probably a new show entirely. I got home, sunk into my bed and I just felt so lonely I picked my phone up and I didn't even have a single message, what a sad life I was living, I cried my self to sleep while continuously playing James Arthur songs.

The windows were hardly opened by my mom which almost blinded me, I slept in my boxers and it was so cold and I just had this strange mood-swing feeling which could've been for 2 different reasons, the fact I'm being forced to go for the outing today or the fact that I'm hungover. I was already late and I knew my mom was going to kill me so I quickly went to shower and put on a simple black t-shirt & pants with dark shades and headed downstairs. I slept the whole ride there and when I got there I was so annoyed cause there were so many people around, walking towards me and greeting, I greeted about thirty-five people if I was being honest and it wasn't so fun. I got a text on my phone, it was a dumb streak from my friend, I looked up from my friend's text and saw her. She had on blue Nike shoes, jorts & jersey. The sun hit her face and made her caramel skin glow, her lips were round and big and pink, I wanted to kiss them there and then. She was thick and had a small waist ratio to her boobs and ass and she was quite tall, her hair looked so good and neat, she stared at me too and I could feel the butterflies in my stomach, I have never felt this way before, is this really want love at first site really is. I saw my mom walking towards her and before I could look away she called me to come towards her, my heart beat raced with every step I took towards her and when I got close she smelled like vanilla, i stretched out my hand to her and she put hers on mine, her hands were so soft and her nails looked beautiful all I could think was if there was no one here I would take her by the waist and kiss her. I finally had an escape plan, a friend of mine called me and I was so grateful cause if she hadn't at that moment I have no idea what I would have done to her. I walked toward Alisha, my childhood friend and I was so happy she came, we spent the rest of the day together but I had Sarah in my mind the whole day. When I got home I took out my phone to watch Tik-tok and her video popped up on my for you page, I stalked her page all night long
