Some readers may already know Donatello Bellucci and Andrei Dragomir from Prince of Sicily, where they appeared as secondary characters. While this novel can be read completely on its own, reading Prince of Sicily first will provide additional context for their history, family connections, and the events that brought them together.

Summary
