Chapter one
After calming muself down , I stared at the mirror, a slight crack formed at one of it's corners. Through it, I saw a young girl with beautiful purple jewel like eyes, black hair cascading down her back yet.. not even a teenager...but a child...she looked so sickly... her cheeks sunken, tired eyes, boney arms and messy hair."Where are her parents ? her guardians?... or... is she alone like me?... " my concern turned to sympathy , maybe this is one of the reasons I am in her body, cause we are similar. For the next few days,I cooped up in this small house. I was too afraid to go outside, I didn't know what type of life the previous owner led, a criminal's daughter?, was she bullied?, did everyone hate her? such thoughts swarmed my mind as I slumped against the wall chewing on piece of bread. Seems it was left behind by the previous owner...a small girl. But amongst those thoughts, I tried not to think about what fate I met , did I die ? why am I here ? that too in a child's body. Don't know where I am or how I got here. If that wasn't enough I don't remember what I was doing before all this , just thinking about it made my mind spiral. All I know is that, this not the earth I know nor the timeline. I came to this conclusion from reading an old battered newspaper lieing on the floor. A newspaper which has gone much more than it should, still readable enough if I squint a bit. On the other hand, I knew one thing for sure ... I Transmigrated, it's more like an otaku instincts.. well... is it a novel? a game? uhmmm but I know so many how am I going to know which one I am in. Moreover, which character lives in such a tiny house?.. an extra? a supporting role?... def not a villainess , the heroine... that's even more unlikely. I again went through the tattered newspaper, trying to find any names of crown prince, duke of the north, a saintess, magic , or anything. Hours passed by straining my eyes trying to read. This world has a crown prince, a duke of the north, a saintess...even magic... How helpful !... It seems going outside is the only way...well.. it's been 3 days already.
