We escape, quickly
"Escaping My Virginity Review Spoiler alert: we escape fast. Like, chapter one fast. There is no slow build, no prolonged tension, no "will they or won't they" because they absolutely will, and they do, repeatedly, enthusiastically, and with impressive logistical planning given that they're also navigating Sicilian coastal roads on scooters. This book knows exactly what it is and commits fully. Three NRI women, a Mediterranean vacation, and an agenda that has nothing to do with sightseeing. The premise promises fun and delivers on that promise with remarkable consistency. If you picked this up hoping for a slow-burn emotional drama about diaspora identity and arranged marriage expectations... well, those elements are technically present, but they are not the main event. The main event is the main event. If girls with girls and then more girls with girls is your genre, you will not be disappointed. Not even slightly. The author has found a lane and stays in it with the dedication of someone who has never once considered switching lanes. I read this when it wasn't quite finished, and honestly? It doesn't need to be different. It needs to be exactly what it is, which it already is. Escape accordingly."
