"The beginning was sluggish....I wonder if it should start with the incident(?) Then fast forward the 20 years before looking back. Only one flashback chapter of the cafeteria scene. At first, I thought it was going to go back and forth in time....not a bad idea but then the chapters might need titles or dates to keep things straight (pun intended) The story seemed to find its groove and I like the writing style. The characters are forming nicely. Looking forward to the rest now!"
