Two Strangers and Their Fiery start to a Friendship

Chapter 1-Two strangers and their fiery start to a friendship
It was a bright sunny morning,Daichi was going to home from school.
Summer vacations had just fallen,and he was pumped to start his new favourite hobby,being a baker.
Now he wasnt your typical baker,he liked cute animes very much even though he is very intimidating in public.So as a result of that,he decided to start baking stuff like cakes,muffins,cupcakes,all sorts of stuff in the style of his favourite anime,‘Melody Ribbon,Sweetheart Stage!’,featuring his favourite hyper-cutesie idol,Marine-tan.
On his first day he rushed into the kitchen,put his bright pink apron on,pipe bag in hand and started baking.The intimidating Daichi was actually an absolute sweetheart,kind and shy too!,For the next 3 hours,he spent meticulously fixing the hair he made of pink cream or drawing hairpins of sugar,to make his favourite idol perfect ofcourse!,At the end he stared at his cake proudly,he actually did a pretty good job,I must say.
At the same time,there was a girl named Rumi in his class,she is a pretty popular food vlogger,both on social media with her following of 10k and in school.Thing is,She is terrible at cooking and burns everything she tries to cook.
She only lives a couple houses away from Daichi.Today,after returning from school,she tried to cook something again but as always,she burnt it,it was so bad in fact that it burned her phone too.
So,for some reason, she ran and went to ring Daichi’s house,saying,‘Open Up!,It’s an emergency!!’.Daichi sprinted and opened the door and there she was,holding a burnt pan and a broken phone in her hands,screaming and crying.
This was the first time they talked,quite chaotic,isnt it!,She then explained that she was livestreaming her cooking and then the pan burst into flames and burnt her phone with it,all the viewers could see was a bright orange flash and hear her scream before it went black.She says that she needs Daichi’s phone immediatly before her fans call the fire department on her.
Daichi stoood there listening to this,completely perplexed,jaw dropping to the floor.Anyways,he welcomed her in,then she saw the cake that daichi had made,she looked at his pink apron then looked at the kitchen counter again and said,‘D-Did you make this?!’.
Hearing this,he blushed a little and said,‘Yes!!,I did make that,took me over 3 hours to do so’.Rumi was shocked at how good the cake looked and she also loved Melody Ribbon,Marine-tan too,so she loved the art on the cake.She said,‘OMG,You Like Melody Ribbon TOO?!!!!!’,Daichi blushed a little more and said,‘OMG YESSS,I am Tots obssessed with it,I love Marine-tan so much!,She is tots adorbss!’.
Rumi after solving her problem,talked with him about the anime for awhile,and they became friends,just like that.
But,just before leaving,she confessed that her followers love her baking videos but she can’t bake for the love of god,so,she wants him to bake cakes for her and she could make videos about them,pretending that they were made by her.They exchanged numbers at that point,over text they settled on tomorrow,12 o’clock noon.
