"It's a good story overall. It also has a lot of repetition. Some of it in wording some of it in the constant looping of thoughts that honestly get tiring. There was plenty of opportunity to take the story deeper instead of the repetition. There could have been flashbacks of her captivity. Elias and Xander helping her through nightmares that wake her up. Just something different that adds depth and more emotion and connection. "
