A Unique and Mysterious Read
"This is a really unique story with fun visual elements. It pulled me in and left me wondering what it was all about. I also enjoyed how the writer builds characters through their actions rather than relying solely on exposition, which makes them feel more natural and engaging. There are some technical issues, but once those are resolved, I think the story will shine even more."
A great story with greater characters
"Ms. Mia Veylore is easily one of the most talented authors on Inkitt, perfectly balancing gripping plots with deep, emotional character arcs. From the very first chapter, their incredible world-building and realistic, witty dialogue pulls you in, making it almost impossible for a reader to stop reading. They have a rare gift for pacing, delivering brilliant chapter cliffhangers that will keep you up way past your bedtime binging "just one more page." Although, there are only two chapters right now but the story was so great I want to read all of the novel Karl Adeline's character making was so great I've loved him so much Good luck for next chapters or novels"
Scent!
"An interesting and compelling concept! The bones of a good story are clearly there, the main characters are developing nicely, and the premise that everyone except one person has a distinct scent is truly intriguing. Still, the repetive triads (Not this, not that, but... something else/ close, too close, close enough to... etc.), the em-dashes, and the constant maniere of making everythings its own paragraph (Something. Paragraph. Anything. Paragraph. Instead-- paragraph. there was silence. Paragraph) draw to much attention to themselves after a while. With these stylistic quirks smoothed out, this would be a much more polished and highly readable story."
Compelling and mysterious.
"Hello, author! Thank you for writing this compelling plot. It's quite intriguing. I don't usually read BL stories but i'm glad i gave this one a try. Vier or Veir, anyway, so far, i love his being mysterious. It's great that you don't show much of his perspective or inner thinking. It adds more to the mystery of what he thought about his encounters with Karl. Good thing also that you let other characters describe his reaction, that he was tense or something. As for Karl, I think i like his interactions more with Hera. They were funny together. Hera is like that pain in his butt that he can't shake off because she kept knocking sense into him. But even so, i'm curious how the plot goes. Anyway, as for the writing, i just want to suggest that you could tighten some descriptions. I mean, there were too many pauses so that the flow of reading for the imagination could be interrupted. Well, this is just my take on reading your story. It's not bad writing or anything negative. You already did a great job, author. Keep going. 😉 "
