Brilliant
"I loved this book! I think I may even be a little bit in love with Lucian! I got so absorbed in Lucian’s character and the library that Ilas’ single minded determination became a little irritating, odd the odd occasion, but the plot itself was gripping. Their connection, tantalising! I would like to know more about her abilities (she must have some!?) or why her and Eva were sought out like they were. Are the Everhart girls twisted from Lucian’s past? Are they descended from ancient witches?? The shop where they went for wards, does Lucian know the owner from his past life? What happens next? Do we after Lucian?? Do we see The Seer and Selene again? I honestly can not wait for book 2, I shall lie, bereft, until Lucian is back on the pages of the next installment ❤️ "
