SENSE YOU LEFT

On December 15th. 2025

I found out your physical being left this earth.

I had just awakened from a restful night's sleep when my phone started to vibrate, indicating a call from our younger brother.

He was contacting me to deliver news that would profoundly impact my life.

~

He informed me that your cardiac activity had ceased, indicating your passing.

~

I have never thought I could feel such pain quite like this before.

~

Days after your death my only recourse was to remain in my room.

~

I reflected upon the myriad of experiences, both positive,

challenging and funny, that I was fortunate enough to share with you.

~

There are occasions when I reach for my phone to call you.

~

Despite any disagreements or conflicts we may have experienced, our relationship was consistently characterized by a profound sense of love and mutual respect.

~

Few individuals could truly comprehend the profound and unwavering connection, the unconditional affection we experienced.
