Summary

In a small town like Culver Reef, news travels fast. The Anderson brothers are returning from boarding school to spend Spring Break partying, flirting with girls and causing trouble. Jessie Samson never thought she'd catch the eye of Alex Anderson, her hot neighbor and childhood crush. After not seeing any of the brothers for two summers straight, she made her peace with the fact she was insignificant to them. After all, they only saw her as Jake's little sister. What the brothers didn't know is while they were away, Jessie was focused on becoming an integral part of the community. Her popularity skyrocketed and everyone knew her name. So maybe this was her chance to make Alex see her as a woman and finally make the first step towards getting what she wanted for so long.
