Summary

The struggle is here. The time to act for our rights is now. As the rich continue to busk in a lavish reality, let us fight for a world of equality. Freedom won't be given to us on a silver plate. We must take it from where it is imprisoned and use it to claim our victory from these oppressed states. -The Struggle

Freedom

What is freedom?

The ability to make your own decisions?

The power to establish your own kingdom?

Having a box of choices to choose from?

What is freedom?

What is freedom when I feel confined in my own mind?

They say I control my own rights when I don't even have a say?

What is freedom?

Every night and day, I pray?

I pray for a better tomorrow and for a better way of living.

To be quite honest, I am drowning.

I am drowning in a pit of darkness.

Buried by taxes and debts.

I feel useless.

I feel selfless.

I want to be strong and fearless,

Against a state that oppresses

Instead, I am helpless,

Against my oppressors.

I question my purpose and my existence.

For instance, why am I alive if there is no meaning to this freedom?

What is freedom?

Freedom is just a word.

A word that is an illusion.

Frustration and confusion cloud my thoughts.

I feel sad, I feel dead, I feel lost, and I feel mad.

If only I could feel this freedomMaybe my mind and soul would be free from this kingdom of make-belief.
