A Fun and Intriguing Opening
"I really enjoyed the opening chapter! It immediately gives us a clear sense of Emma's personality and her strong desire to fit in, while the truth-or-dare setup creates a fun way to introduce Nick and the mystery surrounding him. I especially liked how Nick's reputation is established before we actually meet him, because it made me curious about whether he would live up to all the stories people had told about him. The mistaken-identity moment with the other guy was also a nice touch and added some unexpected tension. The chapter moves quickly and keeps things interesting, although I think a few emotional moments could breathe a little more, particularly Emma's sudden attraction to Nick. I'm also curious about the mysterious stranger and what role he'll play later. Overall, it's an engaging opening with plenty of questions that made me want to see what happens next."
Once you get into the first chapter there's no putting it down
"Easy to get lost in with needing to know what happens next, Emma's journey as a sixteen year old is authentic and the pop culture references bring me back to my childhood. Keep it up!"

The emotional side of Emma’s journey and her struggle with knowing who she can truly trust gives the story more depth than just a typical love triangle."
