A bit confusing at first
"This is a little confusing at first with the men being princesses and the women being Knights, especially when the father is called "she". Once you get used to it it's not quite so confusing. It's all thought out well though, and entertaining and certainly very different, the magical sequences are very visual and easy to imagine, and very innovative. A good read."
Love the idea here.
"I truly love the idea of this. I love the switch up in the gender because it is mind bending. I thought the start of the book had good pacing and I think I could really feel the passion of this writer in the work. There is something very deep here, like roots. The book has very little sex except for at the end. I always try to put that in my reviews, so if that is important to you as a reader, you know either way. I think the idea of his book is well thought out and it has wonderful elements, especially at the end. "
