Chapter 1: end!
THE FALL
I fell for you in autumn's glow,
But now I'm falling from a cliff.
Felled so hard, my heart broke,
without a sound,
Then fell again — it hadn't hit the ground.
Broke again, and fell again,
Fallen and falling so deep;
Deeper than Mariana Trench,
Into a silence I have to keep.
He Once Loved Me Too
He once loved me too, and I used to be in his eyes too.
He once loved me too when I was overweight.
He once loved me too when I was sick.
He once loved me too when no one did.
He once loved me too when I had an ugly face.
He once loved me too when I was sad.
He once loved me too when the world called me bad.
He once loved me too when I was last in the race.
He once loved me too and it was hard to erase.
So, not only others, but I too have experienced his admiration.
But it will remain a fact—
I loved him only, and he loved me too.
