Chapter 1
*Ella and Her Crazy Classmates*
Ella’s plan for school was simple: sit quietly, take notes, and survive the day without attention. But her classmates ruined that plan every single day. First period always started with Max, aka “Meme Machine,” who drew tiny doodles in the corner of Ella’s notebook and shouted “Ella will know!” whenever the teacher asked a question, making the whole class stare at her. Then there was Zara, nicknamed “Sleeping Beauty,” who could fall asleep standing up and once wrote “photo session” instead of “photosynthesis” on a test, and the name stuck forever. At lunch, Sam turned into the “Tiffin Inspector” and opened Ella’s lunchbox without asking to check what she brought, and if it was biryani he’d eat half and say “we don’t say thanks in friendship.” The most dangerous was Leo, the “Backup Dancer,” who started moonwalking on the bench the second the bell rang, and once he even did a 2-second dance move during the Principal’s speech in assembly, so now the attendance register literally says “Leo = Trouble.” Ella complained about them daily in her diary, writing “I wish my class was normal,” but on exam day when everyone’s pens died, only Ella’s bag had five extra pens. That’s when she realized these crazy classmates teased her nonstop, but they were also the first ones to stand by her when it mattered. Now Ella just laughs and says, “My class isn’t perfect, but my school life would be zero without these weirdos.”
