Whispers from the Cave (Psalms of Thought)

Name Origins & Becoming Cave 

When I first started looking for a name to call myself… I went through a lot.

Couldn’t find anything that truly matched who I was, or who I was trying to portray. Back then, I used to go by the name Lil B. Stone, a name pulled from my nickname Buck-Stone, given to me by my aunt.

After a while, I switched it up, calling myself Young Static Flash… A name inspired by a mixture of one of Lil Wayne’s (an American Hip-hop artist), former music partners and a comic book character I saw on TV. It was all part of my journey, my search for a name that carried meaning… a name that would feel like me.

That’s when Cave was born.

CAVE became more than a name; it became a mantra. It meant Striving for Wisdom & Liberation. A symbol of the knowledge I sought and the wisdom I had to earn.
