"El camino de sufrimiento" es una historia contada mediante siete poemas que representan el esfuerzo, la disciplina y la lucha silenciosa que millones de personas viven cuando deciden convertirse en una mejor versión de sí mismas. No es una historia sobre músculos. Es una historia sobre resistencia. Porque el verdadero combate nunca ocurre en el gimnasio. Ocurre dentro de la mente.
