Summary

In the boardroom, she calls the shots. In his bedroom, she drops the armor. Meera Gupta is the sharpest executive in Mumbai. She runs multi-crore campaigns, commands respect from alpha directors, and carries the suffocating mental load of everyone around her. She has it all under control. Until the brilliant, formidable spatial consultant Aarav Shergill walks into her conference room. Aarav doesn't just want to audit her blueprints—he wants total custody of her mind. He sees right through her polished corporate mask to the exhausted woman underneath who desperately craves to let go. Under his unyielding commands, strict discipline, and intense aftercare, Meera finds a terrifying, beautiful sanctuary where she doesn't have to make a single decision. But playing a double life is dangerous. As the high-stakes pressure of the corporate world clashes with Aarav's absolute domestic rule, Meera must navigate a high-wire act: ruling the boardroom by day, and surrendering her soul to the man who owns her peace by night. A high-heat, psychological BDSM corporate romance featuring a hyper-dominant hero, a brilliant heroine, and a deep emotional power exchange.

The bedroom was dark, illuminated only by the muted, amber glow of the Mumbai streetlights cutting through the heavy rain on the glass. Meera knelt on the thick rug beside the platform bed, her knees sinking into the plush fabric. Facing the window, she watched the water slide down the pane in erratic, frantic streams—a perfect mirror to the chaotic thoughts she was desperately trying to purge from her mind.

Without her heels, her watch, and her jewelry, she felt exposed. The silk of her corporate blouse felt too thin against the cool air of the room, her skin prickling with goosebumps that had nothing to do with the temperature.

She heard his footsteps before she saw him. Aarav’s stride was slow, measured, and completely devoid of urgency. He entered the room, the faint scent of sandalwood and rain following him. He didn’t immediately come to her. Instead, she heard the distinct, crisp sound of leather sliding through belt loops, followed by the soft clink of a heavy metal buckle being laid on the nightstand.

Meera’s stomach did a violent, nervous flip. Her breath hitched, her fingers curling into the carpet.

Aarav walked over, stepping into her line of sight. He stood right beside her, a towering, dark silhouette against the window. He didn’t look down at her immediately; he simply stared out at the stormy skyline, his hands resting casually in his pockets.

“You’re shifting your weight, Meera,” he observed, his voice a low, smooth baritone that shattered the silence of the room. “I haven’t been in here for two minutes, and you’re already restless.”

“I’m sorry, Aarav,” she murmured, lowering her head. “My knees... the rug is a bit rough.”

“Did I give you permission to speak?”

The question wasn’t shouted. It was asked with the calm, terrifying authority of a man who knew his boundaries were absolute. Meera immediately swallowed her words, her cheeks flaring with a hot, sudden blush.

Aarav finally turned his gaze down to her. He reached out, his large, warm hand anchoring itself on the back of her neck, his fingers tangling into her neatly pinned hair. With a firm, deliberate squeeze, he forced her head back up so she had to look at him.

“Look at me,” he commanded softly.

She met his eyes, her gaze wide and trembling. In the dim light, Aarav’s expression was unreadable—completely calm, yet entirely dominant.

“On the bus, in the office, on the streets—you are the one who calls the shots,” Aarav said, his thumb smoothing over the tense muscle of her jaw. “But the moment you step into this space, you belong to me. Your comfort is not your concern right now. Your obedience is. Do you understand?”

“Yes, Daddy,” she whispered, the title slipping past her lips with a mix of fierce submission and immense relief. The sheer weight of having to be strong for everyone else completely dissolved the moment she surrendered to his rules.

Aarav’s eyes darkened slightly at the word, a slow, satisfied tilt appearing at the corner of his lips. He let go of her neck, his hand tracing down her shoulder to the first button of her silk corporate blouse.

“Good girl,” he murmured dirtily, his fingers deftly undoing the silk. “Now, let’s take you out of that uniform. It’s time to remind you exactly who you are when the world isn’t watching.”
