"Ms. Cecilia Frost writing is just so in depth. Reading the story pulls you in the characters world just for a brief moment. Each chapter draws you further in and it's like you are actually there. You can feel the tension along with the highs and lows of the characters throughout the chapters. Just an amazing read and can't wait for more. "

"I have such a weakness for dark, dangerous, completely ruthless fictional men who somehow have a soft spot for exactly one woman, and Dimitri hits that weakness way too perfectly. He’s exactly the kind of MMC I eat up every single time. I really love Anastasia too. She has this great balance between being strong and still allowing herself to be vulnerable. She doesn’t constantly try to prove how tough she is, but she knows her worth, she has boundaries, and she isn’t afraid to stand up for herself. I think that makes her feel a lot more real and makes her such a good match for Dimitri. I’m really curious to see where everything goes from here because this story has definitely kept me hooked. Such a good read if you like darker romance with plenty of tension and characters that keep you guessing. P.S. I read most of this on a plane, so that’s probably why Inkitt says I’ve only read like 13 chapters 😂 I promise I’ve read way more than that!"
