Morally oppressive, dark, gripping, and absolutely consuming ❤️‍🔥

"I genuinely meant it when I said I wouldn’t go to sleep until I had read every available chapter, and now I’m lying here wide awake, unable to think about anything except what will possibly happen next.🫠 From chapter one, I was completely sucked in and so invested in this story that I genuinely couldn’t pull myself away from it!! It starts off very, VERY dark, but somehow that only pushed my addiction to the absolute maximum. The writing is incredibly visual, which I LOVE more than I can even explain, and the pacing was completely thrilling. CHEFS KISS💋💋 The topics are extremely sensitive and I would be lying if I said I didn’t feel every chapter and every moment (especially the disturbing ones) down to my bones. It’s oppressive, heavy, and emotionally exhausting in the best possible way, because instead of pushing me away, it only drew me deeper in. Even when things got more and more intense up to the point where my stomach was twisting and I was literally squirming under my blanket, I still could NOT stop reading!!!😩🔥 And Elodie... oh, Elodie.❤️‍🩹 She is the kind of FMC I don’t just sympathize with, but actually recognized pieces of myself in, which only made me feel even more attached to her. And honestly? I completely understand the men and their fascination with her because Elodie is simply OFF THE CHARTS, especially when we get to see her through the twins’ eyes. That caught me SO, SO, SO badly.!!️!!️ And now to Alex and Damien because... OH MY GOD I’M IN LOVE AHHHH. Yes, they’re twins, but you made the differences between them so incredibly clear, and somehow neither one loses ANY impact next to the other AT. ALL. !!️😩🥵 Whenever Alex was in a scene with her, something in me genuinely started fluttering. And Damien on the other hand wakes up some very dangerous thoughts that I could not get rid of. HELLO??? Elodie, I feel you.... The chemistry she has with both men works so ridiculously well that I’m still getting chills just thinking about it.😮‍💨😩🔥 I have such a weakness for love triangles, but especially for the kind you created here because, in my opinion, THIS is exactly what a good love triangle should feel like!! It SHOULD be difficult to choose. Both men should awaken completely different things in the FMC, and both relationships should feel strong enough that you genuinely don’t know which direction you want her to go in. And you seriously perfected that balance.😮‍💨❤️‍🔥 And even though a small part of me will probably always lean toward the more asshole-like one—UGH, DAMIEN!!! 😩 I’m genuinely having a serious love/hate situation with him at this point because I cannot DEAL with this asshole of a MAN and yet I’m completely OBSESSED with him (maybe there’s something wrong with my brain🤔)—I’m just as much pulled by the dynamic between Alex and Elle. (( AND ABOVE ALL: I’M ALL IN TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THEIR PASTS. Especially the twins because you put some VERY, VEEEERY CATCHY HINTS THERE!! )) And now I’m lying here sleepless, desperately waiting for the upcoming chapters because I NEEEEEEED to know where this is going!!️!!️ Overall, this has been by far one of the darkest, most fascinating, emotionally twisted stories I’ve read in a while, and it completely consumed me. IT’ SO, SO GOOD WRITTEN I CAN’T GET OVER IIIITTT !!! 🔥😭❤️"
