"Wow this book was such an unexpected romance with a touch of violent gore. It felt different because of the violence, but so good that it was in a protective manner! Such a good story line with only minor plot timeline mixups that could easily be forgiven. The author does have a tendency to sometimes gives us two versions of the same scene, but I try to look at that as a bonus rather than an editing error, almost like a choose your own adventure story. Overall great read!"

I appreciate the story because you really spoke about how many people, including myself, sometimes feel about themselves and it was told through Val's character. It was difficult to read how she felt about herself because many of us have been there. Thank you for telling her story and thank you for finding someone to love her so much that she in turn, would finally love and believe in herself. This story was phenomenal. "

"This was very beautiful, It was wonderful😭✨✨✨. This was exceptional. I love the inclusion. I love the fact that Val was able to teach the old ladies how to defend themselves. It’s crazy how it never crossed my mind while reading the whole book series, the fact that they actually cannot fight never came to mind. I’m so happy you included that I love the inclusion. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the inclusion💯. It was very impressive. This is exceptional. You keep on adding new books to the series and they’re always better than the last ones and I think that’s a good thing🌚🌚. I think I connected with Val's character possibly more than any of your others, especially when she talked about the feelings of emptiness and silence, that really hit home for me. Doc was so perfectly suited to her, gentle and kind and moving at the speed she needed him to move at. I loved having a physically stronger female lead with a more emotionally in tune male lead. Overall, great stuff! (PS Knuckles deserves better than Marissa, give him a happy ending)"
