THE DIVINE LOVE

When a man falls in love, he loves madly. He fights the whole world to get that woman. 

But when a woman falls in love, she breaks. Because she has to choose between her family and her love. And history is witness that a woman always chooses the honor of her father and brother. She keeps suffering herself but never lets any harm come to her father and brother's honor. 

Islam gives a woman full permission to marry the person of her choice. But within the bounds of modesty. Our last Prophet SAW said: "Tell the one you like that you like them, so that love for you may also be created in their heart."

Zain Shah fell in prostration and was crying bitterly, asking his Lord for his Maida Shah. There were only a few people in the mosque. Then the Imam of the mosque passed by and seeing a young man crying in prostration, he came to him and said, "Are you in love?" 

Zain Shah lifted his head from prostration. G. 

Zain Shah said in a tearful voice, "Are you in love? Because only two types of people come to this mosque. One is those who are completely drowned in worldly love. And the other is those who are drowned in the love of their Lord. Tell me, which category do you belong to?" 

"My wife's condition is very bad. She had a nervous breakdown. She hasn't regained consciousness," Zain Shah replied. 

"Oh, you love your wife a lot, don't you? By the way, I haven't seen you here before, son," the Imam Sahab said in the mosque. 

"I live in the USA. It's only been a few days since I came here. This is the first time I've come to the mosque. You must be here all the time. You must be very close to Allah. Please pray to Him for my wife to get well," Zain Shah said in a pleading tone. 

"Son, congratulations. Your Lord has chosen you for His love. Listen to one thing, son. Worldly love is the first step to divine love. It is that step which takes you to heights. Such heights from where you can only go forward, you can never turn back. The Lord who brought you to the mosque will also grant you piety of heart. When you love a person immensely and then that person goes far away from you, then everyone asks for them from that Creator who is Able to give. Allah Almighty says: 'O My servant, just ask Me, I am Able to give.' 

At another place Allah Almighty says: 'And I am closer to you than your jugular vein.' 

"Fall in love with prostrations. Youth doesn't come again and again. Once you find God, you will find everything in the world." 

"Seek Allah, you will find everything." 

Zain Shah was listening to Imam Sahab's words very attentively. 

Zain Shah asked, "Where should I find Allah?" 

Imam Sahab smiled at Zain Shah's question and said, "Seek Him in prostrations. Seek Him in prayer. If you reflect upon the universe, then every single thing in the universe testifies to the existence of a Mighty Creator. Every particle of the universe testifies that everything has been created with perfect balance. There is no flaw in anything. In the Holy Quran Allah Almighty says: 'You will not see any flaw in the creation of the Most Merciful. Then look again. Do you see any gap? Your sight will return to you humbled and weary.'"
