What is your opinion?

Different take on the Kink Universe, in progress.

"This story is in progress, about 15 chapters to date. I've read the first 10 chapters and loved the story so far, but it's going into a direction I don't feel comfortable with, so my participation ends here. This isn't the fault of anyone, I want to stress that point. There has never been a story I have read on any platform where I wanted editorial control and to be fair, I don't see anywhere else to go in the story other than where it is headed. I just choose not to participate in it. The plot follows a society where teenagers at 18 are given a bloodtest to determine their classification. The classes are: Master / Slave, Owner / Pet, Caregiver / Little, Dom / Sub and finally neutral. Kink universe explains a bit about these but I can honestly say that I have zero idea what the Owner / Pet differ from Master / Slave or Dom / Sub sections and there wasn't a listing as to the differences or mannerisms of those sections. I made a comment about it at the 10th chapter and the author responded they would update the first chapter. As of this writing it hasn't been done yet, or I haven't seen it, so I am making a note of it in the review. a quick google search helped me understand the dynamics of the different sets so that I could read the book with more understanding. These classes are choices in our society, but the book takes it a bit differently in that the mannerisms are more instinctual then chosen. The book so far, up to chapter 10, focuses on the main pair of characters, the Little aka Leah, and the Caregiver aka Liam, who form a group as the little moves into the caregivers family for their protection and overall care. As the pair bond the little will go through age drops, that lower them to the age of between 1-3, although trauma can cause the little to drop lower. Then for no explained reason the little can recover their age of 18 and have coherent conversations with other littles or their caregiver. The drops and adjustments need more work in my opinion, or a general overview of the society in place needs more explanations. it's too generic to really get a feel for why the littles do the things they do and why they bop back and forth. The little's parents were abusive during her growing up periods and were not happy she presented as a little, they wanted her to be a sub...as all the females in her family were subs. This was tough to read honestly but the author did a good job minimizing it on paper and leaving alot to be imagined. I'm stopping my review here. I've said what I wanted to about it. I hope the rest of the story goes well and is what the author intended it to be. "
