An Innovative Reading Experience
"First of all, congratulations to the author on starting a brand-new series and, of course, on completing the first book! 🎉❤️ I’ve now finished reading the entire book, so I’d love to share my review. This story primarily falls under the sci-fi genre, but throughout the book, we also get to explore several other subgenres and contexts, which makes the overall experience even more interesting. The story flows smoothly, so you won’t have any difficulty understanding what’s happening. At the same time, it keeps building your curiosity, and in some places, it can get genuinely emotional as well—well, it certainly did for me. 🥹 The protagonist, Oryn, presents a very real and logical version of a character. He represents both the goodness within him and the darker sides of his personality in an extremely natural and believable way. One of the most unique things about this story is its format: you get to experience it in first person, written in the form of diary entries, and honestly, that makes for a very innovative reading experience. Watching someone, near the end of their journey, recount the events of their beginning step by step, sharing their experiences, expressions, and everything that was once unknown to them but gradually became known—is fascinating. One moment, the protagonist tells you what happened back then, and the next, he reminds you what he didn’t know at that time, compared to how much he knows now as he writes about those very events. The author has portrayed this contrast in perspective and structure beautifully, and I genuinely enjoyed experiencing it. In today’s time, it’s honestly quite rare to come across stories with genuinely good quality, and I would definitely place this one in that category. This is only the beginning, and I’m already excited to see where this series goes and to read the upcoming books. Wishing the author the very best for the rest of the series. "The story was great, and without all the common typos it was very easy to read and follow along without having to re-read sections to understand the authors intent. Greatly enjoyed it!!! Would recommend to any sci fi reader and would expect they would love it as well. Well done 👏🏻"
