"Definitely not what I was expecting. I enjoyed the idea of the seal people. Your characters and backstory were strong. Now, if I understood it right, the prince went down to become one of the seal people in order to protect his kingdom. I thought that it was a very admirable idea and made me sympathize with him even more. Many people pass on the blame or curse to someone else, but it takes a special person to pay a debt they don't owe. All in all, I enjoyed it. Good luck in the contest."
It was a nice, easy read.
"I wish it weren't just a short story. I can't seem to imagine how the seal folk would look like after shedding their skin though. Would have liked to read more about what happened to Prince Levin after, and if the disappearances would ever be solved."
