"When reading this, it's really easy to fall into their world. The phrasing and everything are so well written that while reading it, I can see it like a movie. I also cannot get enough of how authentic it feels when reading it! The MC is a caring man with manners from the get-go. I love that! I love that a man can still be written in a book to be a hard ass where he needs to be and yet still care and respect the one that's caught his eye. He is guarded but he isn't disrespectful about it. The FMC has a sharp tongue and tends to get herself into trouble, and you see that from the very first chapter. Her character is real, raw, and still soft where it needs to be. She gets loud because she has to be in that time and still tends to get ignored because she is in a skirt. She's quite literally fighting to be heard in a man's world that makes her voice fall on deaf ears—well, until Levi showed up. The way that they can so easily take care of each other makes my heart melt. They are the perfect balance for each other, and it's shown in the mutual respect between them. "
