Chapter 1
Mason laid next to Jaz, in her bed, while Drake played on a speaker. Both, completely naked, doomscrolled on their phones next to each other. They giggled at what their feed recommended to them while playfully fondling each other. With his free hand, Mason scooped Jaz’s breast, feeling its weight in the palm of his hand. A weight he was all too familiar with.
He drew circles around her nipple, teasing it, provoking it. When they hardened into fleshy ice picks, he let his palm slip down her silky body. He allowed the friction of the prickly, short tips of hair protruding from her pelvic region to halt his slide.
From beside him, Mason could hear low-pitched moans escape Jaz’s airway. Still looking at his phone, he plunged his fingers deep inside her.
Simultaneously, he felt her hand firmly latch onto his shaft. Jaz took his penis as her own and shook it awake. It hardened under her grasp, and she treated it like one of her fidget toys.
Once erect, Jaz rearranged herself at the base of his cock. She proceeded to take the entirety of it into her mouth. Masons’ penis felt comfortable inside her warm, moist oral cavity. A wave of relief overcame him as she gently sucked on it, suctioning his cum to the tip.
Mason enjoyed Jaz’s blowjobs and believed it to be her best skill. However, when it came to actual sex, she was very poor. Once, they had tried having sex with each other and it went so horribly they vowed to never do it again.
“Sex is only meant for lovers, and it should remain that way,” Mason recalled Jaz saying.
Every time Mason was on the verge of ejaculating, Jaz would abandon his penis and take a hit of her vape. A strawberry-kiwi scented cloud of smoke filled the air instead of his orgasm. She offered her vape to Mason who willingly hit it. They repeated this process, their own intimate exchange.
Mason enjoyed these moments when it was just him and Jaz together. With Jaz approaching thirty years old and himself, in his mid-twenties, it felt like life was pulling them apart. With their busy work schedules and time commitments it was nice to spend time with his best friend like they used to.
Mason had known Jaz for his entire adolescent life. She was the older sister of Jen, who was in the same grade as him. Only three years apart in age, the gap felt like an entire generation during their younger years.
Mason remembered the first time he spoke to Jaz; it was at Jen’s annual pool party.
***
She lay alone on the sun lounge beside the pool, her nose buried in a book. Her long legs, elegant swimsuit and quiet confidence drew his attention away from the games happening in the water. There was something about her that made it impossible for him to look away. Next thing he knew, he was out of the pool, standing in front of her.
“Do you want to get in the pool?” Mason confidently asked.
Jaz surfaced from her book and peeked skeptically at her sister’s daring classmate who was dripping at her feet.
“Nope.”
She pulled the book back over her face.
“Are you sure? I mean the water is cold.”
Irritated, Jaz pulled the book back down.
“And what difference does that make?”
“It beats sitting by yourself alone, especially in this heat.”
“Let me put it to you like this, I do not care to play with you, or your snot nosed friends in the water. Now leave.”
“I didn’t say you had to play, only if you want to get in.”
Mason turned heels frustratedly and went back into the water. He waded past the ongoing game of water polo to the far side of the pool. There, he took a deep inhale and dived underneath the water.
Sitting at the pool’s bottom, Mason felt the heftiness of the water’s collective pressure. The squealing of his classmates dampened, and their voices were now inaudible. There he resided in the loneliness waiting until the last moment before he would come back up for air.
Suddenly, a body dipped into the water, right above him. Mason looked up and saw streams of light passing through kicking legs. It swam elegantly and free of constraint. He rose to meet it, and they broke the water’s surface together.
He couldn’t believe it, there in front of him was Jaz. She shook her head, sending a spray of water flying from her hair. Her skin was brilliant and sparkled in the sun.
“You actually got in!” Mason exclaimed.
“Only this once.” Jaz replied.
In embarrassment, she splashed his face, getting water in his eyes.
“Hey.”
Mason then splashed her. Jaz let out a high-pitched scream and covered her face. In the pools corner they took turns splashing one another.
When they finished their skylarking, they noticed they were the only ones left in the pool.
“Where did everyone go?” Mason said.
“Looks to me like the party’s over.” Jaz replied.
“Ah man.”
Mason put his head down.
“There’s no need to be sad. It’s not like you were playing with them anyway.”
“Yeah, but… I just didn’t want it to end so soon.”
The sloshing of pool ripples filled the silence.
“Hey, I know something we can do.”
Mason’s eyes lit back up.
“Really?”
“Yea, you just can’t tell anybody.”
“Sure.”
They climbed out of the pool and headed inside the house. With a towel wrapped around his waist, he followed her upstairs to her bedroom. As they passed by Jen’s room, she noticed him.
“Mason, what are you doing up here?” Jen said.
“He’s with me.” Jaz stated.
Jen gave him a haunting look then disappeared.
“Try not to break anything.” Jaz said opening the door to her room.
Inside, it was dimly lit, and Mason could barely see. There was a haze which immediately caused him to cough. Jaz shut the door behind him, trapping him inside. Mason felt hesitant about it all but went along anyways. He was not about to show Jen’s older sister he was a wimp.
His eyes adapted to the dark and he could begin making out things from within Jaz’s room. On the wall hung many posters of shirtless guitarists. Unorganized clothes covered the entirety of the floor which they walked on. On her bedroom desk Mason saw a horde of makeup.
“You have more makeup than my mom.” Mason said.
“A girl’s got to look pretty you know.” Jaz said.
“I think you look pretty enough.”
Jaz snickered and, in her bikini, sat down on the bed. She pulled out a glass apparatus nearby and began packing it.
Beside the makeup, Mason saw a purple, cylindric toy, sitting upright on the desk. He tugged on it and was surprised to find it suctioned to the desk. The toy was flimsy and he began swinging it around.
“This thing is pretty cool.”
“I can’t believe I left that out.”
“Look, it sticks to anything.”
Mason suctioned the toy onto his forehead, amazed by its properties. Jaz let out a laugh.
“You look totally ridiculous right now.”
“I want one of these, where do you get one?”
“It’s a secret.”
“Can I have yours?”
“Nope. Now come over here and give it to me.”
Mason walked over to the bed and reluctantly handed Jaz her purple toy. She took it and threw it in her bedside drawer.
“Sit here,” Jaz said, patting the bed beside her.
Mason followed her instruction and watched as she continued fiddling with the glass structure. Jaz leaned over it, lit the flame, and took a deep pull from the glass. When finally came up and exhaled, smoke bellowed from her nostrils as if she were a dragon.
“How did you do that?” Mason asked.
“Neat magic trick, huh?” Jaz said. “Here, give it a try.”
She handed the apparatus to Mason and instructed him how to properly use it. He breathed deeply and instead of a graceful exhale like Jaz, had a violent cough attack.
“You’ll get used to it. Now lay down and try to relax.”
Mason laid down and noticed a terrarium off to the side. He became fixated on the miniature habitat filled with wild vegetation. The longer he stared at it, the more entranced he became. His eyes searched intently through the green foliage for a creature which inhabited it.
Then he came upon it. There, hidden under a leafy branch, was a lime green reptile staring at him. It stayed incredibly still watching Mason from underneath its hideout. Then it flicked its tongue and backed out of sight.
“How was it? Are you feeling anything yet?” Jaz said.
“I feel tingly.” Mason said squeezing his hands repeatedly.
“The effect should last for a little while, but it’ll go away eventually.”
“Are you sure?”
“You’ll be fine.”
“Do you think we can do this again sometime?” Mason asked.
“I’ll consider it,” Jaz said smiling. “But right now I need a shower, so it’s time for you to leave.”
“Can I stay a little while longer?”
Jaz pointed at her door.
“Fine.”
“Close the door on your way out please.”
As Mason walked towards the door, he felt his legs moving by themselves. He knew it was going to be a long walk back home. Right as he closed the door, he caught a glimpse of Jaz completely undressed. Unsure if he was seeing things or not, he went down the stairs and exited the house.
***
Suddenly, Jaz received a phone call which caused her to stop sucking his cock. Mason felt his penis turn cold and he instantly put down his phone. He saw Jaz’s demeanor change and excitement bubble up inside her. She began blushing and he knew there was nothing he could say or do to pull her away from the call.
He turned to look at Jaz’s iguana inside the terrarium. Out in the open, it used its long tongue to lap up water from a bowl. Mason stood up to replenish its food bowl with an assortment of mixed greens and vegetables.
The iguana opened its mouth as Mason lowered its meal toward it. Once it had eaten, he gently scratched the top of its head, watching as it slowly closed its eyes.
“Yes, 7 o’clock is fine with me, I’ll be ready by then!” Jaz exclaimed to the mystery caller.
“Who was that?” Mason asked.
“My date for tonight,” Jaz grabbed her panties and bra from the floor and began dressing herself. “You have to go now so that I can get ready.”
“So that’s it huh, I’m gone just like that?”
“Yes, please leave.”
Mason threw on his shirt and pants.
“I don’t know why you go on these dates and put on an act for these guys.”
“Excuse me?”
“It’s all a charade; you’re somebody completely different around them.”
“And how should I be around them, sucking their cock like a thirsty whore? I’m almost thirty Mason; I want someone nice, someone who cares for me.”
“I care for you.”
“You’re not even capable of caring for me. You’re a confused boy with a barely developed frontal lobe.”
“So, you’re going to keep entertaining new guys until you find the one who’ll sweep you off your feet, is that right?”
“Exactly, and no matter how many times I try and fail it will always be better than whatever this is.”
Mason stormed out of the room, got into his car and drove off. A few hours later he was waiting in line for a minor league baseball game.
“The blonde chick told me she tested positive a week ago. Can you believe that?” Jared, one of Mason’s friends, said.
“Tickets, please,” the guard said.
Mason handed his ticket and entered through the gates alongside his friends.
“Looks like you may have to cut your dick off now.” Glenny added.
“I really hope not. I just wish these bitches would be truthful you know, before I stick it in them.” Jared said.
“Tell me about it.” Mason replied.
Suddenly, two girls dressed expensively walked towards them.
“Mason! I didn’t know you were in town.” Priscilla said.
“I’ve never left.”
“I thought you moved out of state.”
“No, you have me confused with Meeson.”
“Oh, that’s right—Meeson! How’s he doing, by the way?”
Mason turned away from Priscilla.
“Shall we get some drinks fellas?”
“I want a drink!” Priscilla exclaimed from behind.
“I wasn’t asking you,” Mason replied.
“Rude. We’ll get our own,” Priscilla huffed.
She pulled her friend away to the concession.
“Why isn’t she at a beach somewhere.” Glenny remarked.
“No telling,” Jared replied. “But I really need a drink though.”
“C’mon fellas let’s get our drinks.” Mason said as they joined the back of the line behind Priscilla and her friend.
Mason, standing behind Priscilla, couldn’t help but examine her flowery pink tennis skirt. It hung close to her waist revealing a set of tan, athletic thighs. She would occasionally lean over and speak into her friend’s ear, causing the fabric to move up. Mason felt a surge of blood flow to his pelvic region as the skirt rose further.
“Weren’t you seeing that one upperclassman girl? Jen’s sister,” Priscilla said, turning around.
Mason quickly looked up.
“Nah, we were just close friends.”
“Uh huh.”
“Well, are you seeing anybody currently?”
“Nope, can’t say that I am.”
“Great! Let me buy you a drink then.”
They got to the counter, and Priscilla reached into her pink purse.
“Let me have two beers, and a whiskey.”
“Priscilla, it’s fine, you don’t have to.”
“Don’t worry about it, besides you owe me now.”
Priscilla handed Mason his beer and they stepped out of line.
“Thanks.”
“I feel like it’s been so long since we graduated, I hardly remember high school. Heck, I’m already starting to forget college.”
“It’s been a few years that’s for sure. What do you do for work?”
“I recently finished law school, so you’re looking at the newest lawyer on the block.”
“I didn’t know fancy lawyers attend minor league baseball games.”
“Hey, a girl can watch a game of baseball when she wants,” Priscilla said slapping Mason on the shoulder, “Besides, our company is a sponsor for the event so I might as well make use of these seats.”
“You get free seats?”
“The best in the house. You should come and sit with us; we are right behind home plate.”
“I’d love to, but I got the guys with me.”
“They can come to,” Priscilla groaned. “But they better not get out of order. I don’t want to get thrown out the first time I use these.”
“You aren’t a true fan until you’ve been thrown out.”
The group followed Priscilla to their new seats.
“These are some fine seats you have here Priscilla.” Glenny said.
“I’m sorry, have we met before?”
“Yea, it’s me Glenny, we went to high school together, remember?”
Priscilla shook her head in confusion.
“Y’all can sit right here.” Priscilla said pointing to an empty row.
Glenny walked through the foldable chairs, then Jared and just as Mason was about to, Priscilla pulled him aside.
“Mason, we are actually down here.”
She tugged his shirt and took them a few steps lower. Mason shrugged at Glenny and Jared then followed suit.
They didn’t stop until they were in the bottom row right behind the net.
Priscilla’s friend waved at and joined a group of individuals a few seats over.
“Who are they?”
“More of our company friends, so please act right.”
Mason slouched into his seat, opened his throat and let the gush of bubbly alcohol down it.
The innings dragged on. Behind him he could hear Glenny and Jared laughing every few minutes. Meanwhile, Priscilla sat beside him, rambling in his ear about God knows what. Every time the vendor carrying an ice bucket full of beers came by, Mason grabbed another. And every time, Priscilla insisted on paying.
“How long can she keep this up? Surely, this must be tearing a whole through her wallet by now” He thought.
Mason looked across the field directly at the pitcher. He imagined each ball coming right at him, hoping it would know him unconscious. Instead, it was redirected by the crack of a bat or stopped by the thud of a mitten.
Priscilla’s sharp cheers and nudges ruined the buzz he was hoping to achieve. Growing tired of beers, Mason began eyeballing Priscilla’s whiskey which she had no intention of finishing. He could hear the whiskey calling out to him, imploring him to drink its fiery liquid. It recognized that he of all people would be properly satiated by what it offered.
Mason waited until Priscilla was distracted enough to act. With the bases fully loaded, everyone in the stadium was keen on the next pitches. Mason reached his arm slowly down, being very careful not to look suspicious. Right as he could feel his fingertips reach the glass, commotion came from the steps.
He moved his arm back to his side before Priscilla even noticed.
“Oh, my goodness.” Priscilla said.
“What is it?” Mason replied.
He looked up the steps and saw a couple having collided with the popcorn vendor. Thousands of yellow pieces of popcorn were sent flying down the steps to the first row. It was such a ruckus even the players took a moment to inspect the incident.
After apologizing to the vendor, the couple rushed to their seats in embarrassment. They continued walking down until reaching the front row seats where Mason and Priscilla were sitting.
“No fucking way.” Mason muttered.
Coming down the aisle, Mason noticed the popcorn perpetrator to be none other than Jaz. She walked behind her stupid new date as he led them to their seats. When he motioned her into the aisle, both faced each other.
“Can we sit somewhere else?” Jaz asked.
“But these are the seats I got us.”
“I know but look, that row over there is empty.”
“Don’t you want the front row? They’re the best. I only get us the best.”
“I know, and I appreciate that, but… I’d just rather sit somewhere else.”
“You want to walk back up?”
Jaz looked back at the crowd, sensing their growing frustration at them for continuing to stand. She also did not want to face the shame of walking back up the popcorn they had spilt.
“Nah, there’s no need for that; you go in first.”
Jaz motioned her date to lead them down the aisle and they stopped a few seats over from where him and Priscilla were sitting. Mason was now able to get a better look at Jaz’s date. He wore a brown leather jacket and pants too tight for his age. “What a clown,” Mason thought. “Who even dresses like that?”
“I thought you said these seats were the best in the house?” Mason asked.
“They are.” Priscilla replied.
“How much did they cost you?”
“I don’t know, I told you already they were provided to me by my firm.”
“Do you think they costed a lot?”
“It’s a minor league game, not the world series.”
“True.”
Mason took a better look at Jaz’s date. The guy was significantly taller than him, had a better haircut and was well shaved. “Where does she find these guys?” Mason thought. He was unable to see Jaz as she purposefully hid herself behind him.
“Where are you looking at? I’m over here.” Priscilla said.
“Sorry.”
Mason turned back to Priscilla.
“So, Mason, surely you have aspirations for the future?”
Priscilla leaned closer to Mason, her long, blonde hair spilling over his shoulder. The way she looked up at him sent his mind wandering.
“Certainly, I hope to find another job than working in the warehouse.”
“That’s great, you should put your college degree to use.”
“I don’t have a college degree.”
“I thought you did?”
“Nope.”
“Surely you attended community college at least?”
“For half a semester I did.”
“Aren’t you concerned about your future?”
“Not really, what’s meant for me will find me, what’s not, won’t. It’s a simple as that.”
“That’s true, but one must also choose to seek out instead of being found.” Priscilla said patting Mason’s leg.
Priscilla leaned in and at that moment Mason grabbed the back of her head and pressed his lips against hers. The amount of alcohol in his breath was enough to get her drunk. Behind him he could hear Glenny and Jared making a ruckus and felt something thrown his way.
When they finally pulled apart, Priscilla gently nibbled his lower lip before letting go. A rosy flush spread across her cheeks, and Mason noticed her small breasts beginning to expand.
“Wow, this is quite the game.” Priscilla said, exhaling deeply.
Mason chuckled.
“Didn’t you say several of your colleagues attend these games?”
“We’re lawyers Mason, you see your fair share of things.”
“I guess you have a point.”
Mason peered into Priscilla’s shirt. He could tell she didn’t mind and was visibly enjoying it. She clawed violently at her skirt as she was nearing climax.
Mason glanced over at Jaz and found both her and her date sitting as still as stone. Unlike before, she made no attempt to hide being seen. He could tell she was deliberately watching everything unfold between him and Priscilla.
Both him and Jaz made eye contact and that was enough communicated. Jaz slumped back in her seat and folded her arms.
All he could see now were Priscilla’s tits which were calling out, no begging, for him to take. He watched as beads of sweat rolled down into her shirt and he thirsted. Priscilla lifted her head up allowing Mason the freedom to lust unashamedly.
Suddenly, he began reaching for her breast. He went above her shoulders as if going to give a hug and abruptly changed directions and dived down her top. When his hands landed on her breasts, their moisture caused his hand to slip further inside. He made it all the way to her areola’s before being snatched.
Mason was surprised when his hand was thrown back at him.
“Why the fuck did you do that!?” Priscilla exclaimed.
“I thought you didn’t mind?”
“What would possibly make you think that?”
“We kissed.”
“Kissing doesn’t give you permission to grope someone in public.”
“You seemed like you’d be into that sort of thing.”
“That’s not okay.”
Priscilla reached down and grabbed her purse.
“No, c’mon don’t leave Priscilla, it was a misunderstanding.”
He remained seated helplessly and she walked down the row of seats and exited the aisle.
“Fucking hell Mason, how did you manage to fuck that up?” He thought to himself.
Looking over he noticed Jaz sitting alone with her hands pressed up against her temple.
“What the hell.”
He moved towards her and plopped himself down in the empty seat beside her.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?” Mason asked.
“Go the fuck away Mason.” Jaz said without lifting her head.
“He left, didn’t he?”
“Of course, he left.”
Jaz lifted her head revealing a face full of mascara tears.
“Yea, same here.”
“You actually think Barbie was going to give you the slightest chance?” Jaz remarked, chuckling through her tears.
“Are you kidding? I had that bitch on lock until I fumbled it at the end.”
“Right, of course you did.”
They both smiled and Jaz rested her head on his shoulder.
“You know, I like these tears a lot better when my cock is in your mouth.”
“I like that better too.”
“Let’s say we head back to your place, and you show me how you really cry.”
“I think I’d like that.”
Without saying anything more, they got up and left the stadium together.
