Chapter 1-Dead sun
I could feel my nails claw at the dirt. As I ran, the light breeze ruffled through my fur. I could feel the mental link between myself and Devon as he sat in a prison cell. My brother whined quietly as I pushed myself faster to get to our Alpha, who sat in the clearing just ahead. I got close enough to see him pacing across the grass.
