SECRETARY MIN

"Boss, the shipment manifest for the underground docks is finalized. Vice President Shin-woo has called an emergency executive board meeting for tomorrow morning."

KANG TAE-JUN

(Cold, harsh voice)

"Keep a strict eye on Shin-woo's every move. He’s getting far too comfortable making noise in my territory."

(Tae-jun stops abruptly in his tracks. His sharp gaze shifts toward the frosted glass doors of the Finance Department, where a faint light spills into the dark hallway.)

SECRETARY MIN

"I'll go check, Boss."

KANG TAE-JUN

"No. I'll handle it myself."

LOCATION: Inside the Finance Department Office

(Tae-jun pushes the glass doors open. Startled by the sudden sound, Chae-won jumps up from her chair. Her laptop screen remains completely open, displaying the decrypted fraud documents.)

HAN CHAE-WON

(Nervous, bowing slightly)

"S-Sir... Good evening."

KANG TAE-JUN

(Slips his hands into his suit pockets, stepping slowly toward her)

"Who are you? And why are you lurking on my executive floor past midnight?"

HAN CHAE-WON

(Clutching her employee ID badge tightly)

"I am Intern Han... Han Chae-won, Sir. I am a final-year Finance student interning in the core division. My official work shift starts at 5:00 PM, and I stay until all assigned daily audits are fully completed."

(Tae-jun steps right up to her desk. His tall frame casts a long shadow over her. His intense stare shifts from her soft, innocent face down to the highlighted data on her screen.)

KANG TAE-JUN

(Ice-cold tone)

"Intern Han... Why is an encrypted $30 Million account route open on an intern's screen?"

(Chae-won feels intimidated by his presence, but her deep knowledge of finance gives her courage. She stands her ground and looks directly into his dark eyes.)

HAN CHAE-WON

"Sir... I don't mean to cause panic, but there is a massive internal fraud occurring right under your nose. $30 Million dollars have been laundered through ghost accounts—and the digital authorization signature belongs directly to Vice President Kang Shin-woo."

(An eerie silence fills the room as a heavy suspense background score swells.)

(Tae-jun stares at Chae-won in complete silence. Behind his emotionless facade, he is instantly drawn to her combination of purity, intelligence, and fearlessness. He is struck by her sharp talent, though his expression remains cold as stone.)

LOCATION: Inside the Finance Department Office

KANG TAE-JUN

(Expressionless, stern)

"Intern Han."

HAN CHAE-WON

"Yes, Sir?"

KANG TAE-JUN

"Shut down that laptop immediately. Whatever you just witnessed in this room never happened. If a single word leaves your mouth to anyone in or outside this building... your career will be the least of your concerns."

HAN CHAE-WON

(Gulping nervously, bowing deeply)

"Understood, Sir. I won't say a word to anyone."

(Chae-won hurriedly packs her laptop into her bag and leaves the office floor.)

LOCATION: Corridor outside the Finance Department

(Tae-jun stands near the glass door, silently watching Chae-won's figure disappear down the elevator hallway. Secretary Min approaches his side.)

SECRETARY MIN

"Boss, should I handle Intern Han and terminate her contract? She just uncovered Shin-woo's private laundering network."

KANG TAE-JUN

(Turning slowly, voice authoritative)

"No. She’s far too smart to waste. If Shin-woo finds out an intern uncovered his $30 Million scam, he will target her to destroy the evidence."

SECRETARY MIN

"Then what are your orders, Boss?"

KANG TAE-JUN

(Gives a firm, uncompromising order)

"Starting tomorrow at 5:00 PM, move Intern Han's entire desk, files, and workstation into my private executive suite. Position her desk directly opposite mine, right in front of my office glass."

SECRETARY MIN

(Visibly shocked)

"Boss? Inside your private floor? But no employee is ever granted clearance to work in your private suite..."

KANG TAE-JUN

(Interrupts him with a sharp, lethal look)

"Do as I said, Min. Intern Han works directly under my supervision now."

(Tae-jun turns around and walks off into the dark corridor as the screen fades to black.)
