Chapter 1

Chapter One: The Return

The airport doors opened and closed continuously, carrying with them the rush of strangers, hurried footsteps, and distant voices. Outside the entrance, a young woman stood quietly, her eyes fixed on the crowd coming out.

Aira.

Everyone knew her as the Big Sister.

She stood there after years of waiting, hoping to finally see the faces she had missed for so long. Her heart carried a mixture of excitement, nervousness, and countless memories. For years, Aira had lived in Pakistan with her grandmother because of certain safety concerns. Away from her sisters, she had grown stronger, more responsible, and more protective than ever.

But today was different.

Today, her sisters were coming back.

After years apart, they would finally be together again.

Aira looked at the airport doors once more, waiting for the three people who meant the world to her.

Then she saw them.

Two familiar faces appeared from the crowd.

Haya and Riya.

The twins.

Everyone had their own names for them. Haya was known as Boss, while Riya was called Dude. They walked out with their luggage, looking around as they searched for a familiar face.

Aira smiled and quickly walked towards them.

After years, the sisters finally stood face to face.

The reunion was emotional, filled with smiles, hugs, and unspoken feelings. But after a few moments, Aira's eyes moved around, searching for someone else.

Someone was missing.

"Where is Alaya?" Aira asked.

Haya and Riya looked at each other.

For a second, neither of them answered.

"She was coming with us," Riya said slowly. "She went to the washroom. She should be here."

Aira's expression changed.

They quickly looked around the airport entrance, checking every direction. People continued walking past them, but there was no sign of Alaya.

Alaya.

The youngest one.

The one everyone lovingly called Lulu.

Aira's worry grew with every passing second.

"Call her," Aira said.

Riya immediately took out her phone and dialed Alaya's number.

The phone kept ringing.

But nobody answered.

A strange feeling filled the air.

They rushed towards the washroom area and searched around. Then they noticed something that made their hearts stop.

Alaya's phone was lying there.

But Alaya was nowhere to be found.

The three sisters stood silently, staring at the phone in disbelief.

Something was wrong.

Very wrong.

Alaya was missing.

Where had Alaya gone?
