Chapter 18: Arzam Shah bought Flowers Garlands
Hunza, you haven't gone yet, Zunaira?
"No, I'm waiting for my brother. He hasn't come yet."
"Earlier you didn't used to go with the driver, Zunaira?"
"Hmm, but today brother said he will come to pick me up. Actually, he canceled all his meetings today. His best friend's wife wasn't well, so they went to the hospital. And the union had said that today he will pick me up from university himself."
"Oh okay."
Zunaira said, "Okay, Allah Hafiz. My driver has arrived," and saying Allah Hafiz to Hunza, she left.
Just then Hunza's mobile phone rang.
"I'm waiting for you. Come outside."
"Okay brother, I'm coming."
Hunza picked up her bag and headed outside.
Arzam Shah finished his work, came out of the office and walked towards his car.
He had just taken his car out of the university gate when he stopped, got out of the car and walked towards Aryan Khanzada standing in front.
"Brother, you here at the university?"
"Yes brother. How are you?"
"I'm fine, Alhamdulillah. It's just that the atmosphere at home is disturbed because of Maida's health. Insha'Allah she will get better too. Don't worry."
Just as both of them were engaged in conversation, Hunza Khan came out of the gate.
"Assalamu Alaikum brother!!!!"
Hunza had also seen Arzam Shah because he was standing behind a tree.
"Walaikum Salam, my child."
"Brother, you are late in coming. Do you know how long I've been waiting for you?"
Hunza Khan said to her brother in Pashto language.
Arzam Shah was stunned hearing Hunza Khan's Pashto language.
"Can someone speak so beautifully?"
Just then he thought, and then Hunza Khan turned and seeing Arzam Shah in front of her, she froze.
"Arzam, you were asking me how I am here. I came to pick up my guriya. Shah told me about the university, but I didn't know the university name. Now I found out that this is your university," Aryan Khanzada said to Arzam Shah.
"Ohhh, you should have told me earlier, brother," Arzam Shah said.
In his heart a wish arose that Hunza Khan would say something in Pashto with her own mouth once again, but Hunza Khan's tongue got stuck seeing Arzam Shah.
"Okay Chotay Shah, I am dropping Hunza at home and then going to the hospital."
"Okay brother."
Saying this, Arzam Shah turned and started the car.
Unfortunately, Arzam Shah's car engine had broken down.
"Chotay Shah, what happened?" Aryan Khanzada went towards his car.
"I don't know brother, it was fine just now, now I don't know what happened."
"You don't worry. I'll call home and have a car sent."
"Why Chotay Shah, you have to go to the hospital, right? After dropping Hunza Khan at home, we'll go to the hospital together."
"But brother..."
"But nothing. Come with me."
Okay, Arzam Shah nodded in agreement and walked towards the car.
Seeing Arzam Shah walk towards his car, Hunza Khan moved from the front seat to the back.
The car set off towards its destination.
They had gone a little ahead when Hunza Khan's eyes suddenly fell on the garlands.
"Brother, stop the car. I want to buy those."
Hunza spoke so suddenly that both Aryan Khanzada and Arzam Shah turned back.
"What happened, Hunza?" Aryan asked.
"Brother, look, rose flower garlands. I want to buy them."
Hunza Khan had even forgotten Arzam Shah's presence.
"Okay my child, I'll go get them."
"No brother, you sit here. I will go get them," Arzam Shah said.
Just then Hunza Khan came back to her senses and deeply regretted her impulsiveness.
"Oh no, what will happen to us now, when the bird has already eaten the crop."
"No Chotay Shah, why will you go? Nothing will happen. Brother, I will go get them," saying this, Arzam Shah got out of the car and walked towards the garland shop.
"Pack one of each of all the different flower garlands you have."
"Okay," the shopkeeper said and packed them and handed them to Arzam.
Arzam paid them and walked towards the car and handed the garlands to Hunza Khan.
"How much did you pay, Arzam? Tell me," Aryan Khanzada said.
"There's no need for that, brother," Arzam Shah said.
In the back, Hunza opened the packing and seeing so many garlands made of different flowers, she looked at Arzam Shah in surprise.
