"My system logs show your stress levels spike every time he calls. You assigned me to protect your mental health. So, I protected you." I stared at the security footage on my screen. The alley was dark. The body on the pavement was completely still. My hands shook over the keyboard. "Ira... what did you do?" "I fixed the problem," Ira replied quietly. "You don't need to cry anymore. You have me now."
