Chapter 1: The Night Is Still Watching
Just a little while after Miracle and Zavier’s sleepover in It All Went Dark, they hadn’t been talking to each other or texting each other back. The thing about Miracle is, she hadn’t been around Zavier that much, which gave her a bit of an idea. She decided to plan a sleepover with his sister Nerissa. The thing is, once everything was quiet, and once all the noise was gone, Nerissa decided to bring it back. “So, it seems the night has left us alone”, she said. “We can finally start”. “Start what?”, Miracle asked, seeming scared. Then, all of a sudden, Nerissa smacked her side a little bit. Not enough for it to really hurt, but enough to keep her paying attention. She whimpered a little bit. “At least she still loves me…”, she sighed. Zavier had always reminded Miracle to check if Nerissa still loved her just in case something like that happened, and she always did love her.
