"I'm back Minho ." Just clean white text glowing against the black screen at 2:17 a.m. Minho stared at it for a long time. The room was silent except for the low hum of servers and the distant sound of rain against the windows. He didn't move. He didn't type. He only watched the message sit there, unblinking, as if it had been waiting six years to appear. Of course it had. He already knew who sent it. He had always known this day would come. While the others spent the last six years trying to build something that looked like peace, Minho had never once believed the past was finished with them. He had simply been patient. And unlike everyone else, the return of that particular ghost brought him no relief. Only a quiet, familiar irritation. Across the city the black mansion was still dark. Jungkook was somewhere on another continent with a contract and a gun that had never really been put away. he had learned how to live with one eye open and one hand close to a weapon. They all almost believed the war was over. Minho never did. He locked the screen, stood up, and reached for his coat. The city lights stretched out below him like a circuit board he had already memorized. Somewhere out there the past was walking again, and this time it would not come quietly. Minho slipped the phone into his pocket and spoke to the empty room, voice flat and cold. "Welcome back."
