"The pacing shifts in this are handled beautifully. Quiet intimate scenes give way to high tension without any jarring transitions. The whole thing flows like it was inevitable.""
My love....
"The book is very bittersweet.🥹❤️🩹 This story revolves around a strong friendship between the narrator and Kai. They were like best friends not like the overly hyped type. The ones who did silly things and understood each other. At first it seems like a typical love story between two students kinda giving a friends to lovers vibe. But as the story continues, it changes into something more deeper and heavier. The narrator doesn’t notice the signs until Kai is gone. Because perhaps the narrator was scared of rejection or was simply too late to confess. Another thing, I really like in this story is the confessions. They are so raw and heartfelt. The biter-sweetness is more evident by the end of the story when the narrator thinks of all the chances he/she lost with Kai. I genuinely feel how sad it feels. In conclusion, this book is perfect. I really loved it and it has a lot of emotions in a balanced manner. Loved it and I would totally recommend it to anyone! The moral of this story is never hide your feelings to your special person, confess when you have the chance to. This has officially become my most favorite romance book.✨"
A short story of friendship, loss, and untold feelings...
"This short story was very bittersweet, showing all the signs that were never noticed. From making a connection and doing little things like chatting, being silly, and eating lunch together, the story gradually becomes darker and heavier. And just before the character can do anything, it’s already too late. This story really gave me the feels and reminded me that life should be cherished, especially the moments we share with others. Let’s value our connections, friendships, and relationships while we still can. And if you can, and while you can, don't forget to tell that special someone...how much you love them. ❤️"
