"Okay, the premise of this one is WILD in the best way 👀😭 The whole combination of historical Rome, wolf and bear shifters, fated bonds, and Vesuvius already makes it stand out from the usual paranormal romance setup. Liora especially caught my attention because there’s clearly so much more to her than what everyone around her assumes. I’m really curious about the mystery surrounding her connection to the mountain and why everything seems to have been building toward her arrival for centuries. And Marius and Aldric being complete opposites?? The “storm and glacier” contrast is such a good character dynamic. One is emotional and impulsive while the other is quiet and observant, so I can already imagine how differently they would react to the same situation. But honestly, the part that made me REALLY curious was Vesuvius. 👀 Knowing the story is heading toward 79 AD while framing the eruption as salvation rather than simply disaster is such an intriguing twist on the historical setting. There’s a lot going on here, but the premise definitely has that “I need to know what happens next” energy. The 400-year mystery + the mountain + Liora’s arrival is what would keep me reading. 📖✨"
