Chapter 2
Hello, I’m P/S. Here, I’m going to tell my story starting from the timeline after I graduated from elementary school.
Back when I graduated from elementary school, I was really happy because, after such a long time, I had finally graduated and made it through the COVID-19 pandemic. However, at that time, I was still quite immature because of the effects of the pandemic. As a result, I graduated with an average score of only 65.
Long story short, I was accepted into a public junior high school in my area. I was really happy because I managed to get into that school, without knowing what the students and teachers there were actually like.
When I first started junior high school, I thought I would make a lot of friends. But in reality, I only made 11 friends who genuinely wanted to stay friends with me until today.
Going back to the beginning of my junior high school life, I was initially quite close with my classmates. However, after some time, bullying started happening to my deskmate, who came from outside Java.
One day, someone rubbed the blunt end of a nail against a desk to generate heat from the friction, then pressed the nail against my friend's neck. Not long after that incident, my friend stopped coming to school for two weeks. Eventually, I found out that he had transferred to a school in his hometown.
Then, a new student arrived. He happened to be someone who had attended the same kindergarten as me. At first, I thought he was a good person because he had transferred from a religious boarding school. However, after some time, he began showing his messy and troublesome side.
One day, he bought several snacks and put the wrappers inside my desk drawer. I became annoyed and told him to throw his trash away properly.
Then, after moving up a grade, during the holiday before the new school year, I confessed my feelings to someone. I was rejected for a certain reason.
When I entered eighth grade, I went to the counseling office (BK) for the first time after some classmates invited me to skip class for a while. That was when I started to understand what the students and teachers at that school were really like.
There were many troublesome students, and the teachers seemed to pay little attention to bullying happening around the school.
Long story short, after a school study tour to West Java, I met someone whom I considered a genuine friend. I invited him and his friend to talk, and that was where I met one of my true friends. We eventually became quite close.
About two weeks after meeting my new friend, I was sitting outside the classroom with him, talking and sharing stories. At that time, my IQ was still around 104.
While we were talking, we saw one of his female classmates walking past us while saying, "Everyone here is trying too hard to look cool." I responded, "Attention seeker."
That was when I first noticed the girl who had just walked past us.
Long story short, I eventually got her number. But because I was still immature at the time, I developed feelings for her and confessed them. In the end, she blocked me.
When I was about to move up to ninth grade, she suddenly unblocked me. I still had feelings for her.
Then, in ninth grade, we ended up in the same class. I'll skip most of what happened during that period to keep the story short.
I began learning more about the personalities of the teachers and students around me, and it made me dislike the school even more.
One teacher once told me that my mental state had already been affected. Another teacher even insulted and looked down on me by saying, "After you graduate, are you going to continue your education at some dump school?"
And that was where the beginning of my true self was formed.
I started building my mentality. At that time, I still had a lot of emotions, but I began improving my logical thinking and sharpening my analytical abilities.
And honestly, the events that happened during eighth and ninth grade were partly intentional on my side. I wanted to create a situation where both sides would eventually dislike each other.
Then I entered senior high school.
I began improving my IQ, logical reasoning, EQ, mathematical ability, and spatial ability. I also tried to suppress my emotional side because I believed it was unnecessary.
As a result, my current scores are around:
- IQ: 120
- EQ: 100+
- Calculation ability: 91
- Spatial ability: 80+
And now, I’m already in 11th grade. I live my life as an ordinary high school student who isn't involved in anything in particular.
That’s the story from me, P/S.
Thank you for reading.
