I

I was stranded on a planet our people, and probably many other people, called Earth. You may be asking how I got here; I'll take you on a little look back on my life. Maybe you'll understand then why I was stranded here and will hope I get back safe and sound on my planet, or so you thought.

My name is Scarlet Scratch. I was born on a little planet called Void, which is billions of light-years away from Earth. I will now tell you how I got stranded here and take you through my life on the wretched planet called Earth.

*3 years old*

3rd person POV~

"We need to get our child off this planet before it goes downhill," said Scarlet's mom to her dad. The planet was being taken over by another species; the only way to ensure their safety was to send the royal heir to a planet far from the one they had known. The planet was being taken over by a species no one had heard of: the valiant tuukaras.

"Ok, she needs to be safe before anything bad happens to us." Scarlet's father said before putting her in some sort of pod. "Yeah, before the valiant tuukaras find out we are the rulers of this planet and try to dethrone us." Her mom said in a worried tone.

Scarlet was quickly sent off in the pod. Some time passed, and she was injected with a liquid that made her fall asleep until she got to the destination. When she crash-landed, she was behind a house. The family looked outside to see what the loud noise was, and saw Scarlet quietly climbing out of the pod.

The family quickly came her way; she backed away. These people were strange to her; she had gotten scared. "It's ok." Said one of the people. Scarlet didn't know how to talk at the time; she was learning the native language of her people, not English.

*a couple of weeks later*

The family had adopted Scarlet into their family. Her new brothers and sisters were Mirana, Jude, Callie, Brody, and James. She had two new moms named Stefanie and Lena, but they told her to just call them mom and mama. They made her feel very welcome on this planet, but they had no idea what they got themselves into.

*twelve years after the crash*

Mirana's POV~

I had no idea that aliens existed, but I always thought that there was something more to the universe than just us. That day when Scarlet crashed into our backyard, everything changed. She probably never said this to anyone, but I'm her favorite sister. It was morning when the ruckus started.

"Hurry up, Mirana." I heard Brody say from the kitchen while I was still in bed, not willing to move. I heard Brody say something to Scarlet that made her want to hit me with a pillow. "Gotcha, you're going to be late for school if Brody doesn't drive you," Scarlet said, sitting on my bed, laughing her ass off.

"I know, but school is sooooo boooooring," I said, sitting up. "I mean, we could just ditch class today, but that's only if you want to." I paused, looking at Scarlet. "What's wrong with you this morning?" I asked, going to the bathroom.

"Oh, nothing. I just had this weird dream last night, and I think it actually came true," she said, standing right next to me at the bathroom sink, ready to brush her teeth.

"Well, what happened in the dream? Can you actually see the future?" I asked, looking her right in the eyes. Our family was happy to have Scarlet since she was three, but we always thought there was something off about her. She was always different. Maybe that was because she had to have been an alien, or maybe she was just weird, but she was definitely different. Today, on the other hand, she was more off than she had ever been.

"Well, you were in the dream for one," she said to me, looking down at the sink. Then she motioned for me to go downstairs, seeing that I was ready and Scarlet wanted to go. "I'll tell you later when we get home, okay?" She asked, leaving the room.

"Yeah, okay, I guess that's reasonable," I said, leaving the room as well. We went downstairs, ate breakfast, and left the house, Brody driving, of course.

*after school*

Scarlet's POV~

"That was the most boring day that I've ever had," I said, looking at Mirana.

"Yeah, you slept through almost all of your classes, Scarlet," Callie said, sitting down in a chair.

"Yeah, you're just lucky the teachers let you sleep and didn't give you detention or something," Brody said, all serious like he normally does.

"Ok, ok, I get it. Never sleep in class again, or I get detention," I said, rolling my eyes at both Callie and Brody.

"I get to my room, and all of a sudden I find myself shooting fire out of my hands like it's nothing. Everyone comes into my room absolutely shocked and speechless. Well, everyone except Mom; she was still at work. They all just looked at me with complete shock, but Mama looked more mad than shocked.
