A short horror story that makes you NOT want to turn around for anything! 👀😨
"You know that feeling when you feel like something's watching you? Or like something is standing right behind you? Or what about that feeling when you think you've woken up, but you haven't? This story reminds you of exactly that feeling. And honestly, it is definitely something I would—and have—dreamed about as well. But luckily for me, it was never as bad as what happened in this story. It may be short, but it leaves you with that pit-in-your-stomach feeling of horror and lingering terror. Like, literally. 😭 If you enjoy horror, dreams, night terrors, and the like, you should definitely give this short story a chance! ❤️"

It works because the mind tries to make sense of the protagonist's situation. The final blow is that it all ends so abruptly, leaving you unsure of what happened or why, and that is the true horror."
