[001# - Poème pour insomniaque]

C’est encore l’heure lourde et lente,

C’est encore le noir, un puits,

Où ton âme trop véhémente

S’épuise à combattre la nuit.

Tes craintes, tes emois, tes espoirs,

Viennent effeuiller tes souvenirs,

Et dans un silence d’abattoir,

Le sommeil refuse de venir.

Pourtant, de leur ombre paisible,

Les autres dorment sans regret ;

Laisse à ton cœur trop sensible

Le temps d’apprivoiser leur secret.

Caroline Lawson: This is really high quality writing. The plot is complicated and the characters well developed. It’s the best I’ve read yet!

S.F. Penny: I loved the slow build and even though there was no real fight that threatened their relationship, it was actually a refreshing break from other stories.

Cabin Fever

Sarah: That’s actually really interesting. It sounds like you put a lot of thought into the world before bringing the characters into it. Did you already have the main story in mind while you were building the regions and places, or did the world itself inspire the story as you created it?
