Strangers In The Rain 💧

The only thing Minho was a big fan of, was the rain and sometimes the stars. Instead of being inside like he always is, during the night times he'd be outside either watching the dark sky or just sitting in the rain. Minho wasn't a fan of hugs nor talking. He never knew why he didn't like it. Minho is struggling from depression and it caused his entire apartment to look like shit. But Minho didn't care and just walked over everything, sometimes hurting himself. Minho has been wanting to commit suicide for a while now, but for some reason, something or maybe someone is keeping him from doing it. But he doesn't know who or what it is.

Jisung is the sweetest person, the sweetest person you'll ever meet. He has six friends since he believes all his other ones are fake. When someone says something horrible to him, he will cry and want to be alone for hours, maybe days depending on what the person said to him. Jisungs friends are, Chan, Changbin, Hyunjin, Felix, Seungmin, and Jeongin.

One night, is was pouring. There wasn't thunder nor lightning, just dark clouds and rain. Minho sat on the bench outside the apartment building, just sitting there in the rain, wearing a long sleeve baggy shirt, sweatpants, socks, and his untied converses. He hasn't showered in weeks, not having any energy to do so. To him, this was probably a shower since hes now soaked. Minho reaches into his pant pocket and pulls out a knife. He stares at it for a good ten minutes. Before he knows it, rain stops pouring on him, and a pair of feet stand infront of him.

"You're gonna get sick." The male says I front of Minho. Minho looks up, revealing a man he's never seen before, holding an umbrella above him.

Minho tilts his head. "Who are you?" Minho asks, genuinely curious for some odd reason. He's never been curious in anyone.

"I'm Jisung. And you are?"

Minho stays silent for a few seconds, before speaking up, "..I'm Minho."

"What are you doing in the rain, especially without an embrella? You do know you can get sick right? Nobody likes to get sick, I mean I don't even like to get sick. Why are you holding a knife?" Jisung asks.

Minho looks at Jisung. Why does he ask so many questions? It's annoying.

"That's non of your business."

"It clearly is my business since I'm standing right infront of you." Jisung says, genuinely worried for someone he doesn't know personally.

Minho looks back down at the knife, before standing and walking to the apartment building, away from Jisung. Jisung follows him. "You live there? I live there too." Jisung says, catching up to Minho, but stopping since Minho froze.

"You live here?" Minho asks, looking at Jisung.

Jisung nods. "What room do you live in? I live on the top floor, room 509.*

"I am in.. 510." Minho says, sighing in clear disappointment since now he lives with someone who randomly started talking to him. He hated being talked to, especially by someone who asks so many damn questions. Jisung smiles, and they walk inside the apartment building, Jisung following behind Minho. When they make it to the top floor, Jisung speaks, "Can I give you some fruit? I have lots of them, and I don't eat alot of fruit."

"I'm not hungry."

"Cmonnn, you literally look like a stick and you are pale, eat some fruit. I'll be right back." Jisung says, and hurries into his clean apartment, shutting the door behind him. Minho stands there, looking tired as hell, not likeing the fact that someone is giving him fruit. Something he hasn't had in probably months. Minho should go back inside, but for some reason, he wants to wait. He wants to stay outside. He wants fruit. Or does he? He doesn't know himself.

When Jisung comes back out his apartment, he hand Minho a big bowl of fruit, along with some snacks Jisung doesn't eat himself. Jisung goes back inside without saying anything, shutting and locking his door. Minho stands there, hands full. He sighs before going inside his own messy and dark apartment. (he didn't pay the light bill since he has no job) Minho steps on the clothes and trash on the floor, going to his room which is the only clean room since he does absolutely nothing in there besides laying down, staring at the ceiling. He sets the fruit and snacks on his desk in the room before laying down, soaking the bed with his soaked clothes. He didn't care one bit. Minho falls asleep five minutes later.

Meanwhile, Jisung was in his apartment, standing in the kitchen. For some reason, his heart was beating. Beating over someone he just met? Why, when, and how? Jisung was never good with love, well that's even if this is love. Jisung hated feeling this way. He hated being in love in general. All aside from Minho, he always thought love was just a waste of time since all of the relationships he's heard of, always ended badly, and he was afraid to get hurt himself. So, like he did any other time, he pushed the feelings he randomly felt for Minho, and went back to how his life originally was.

("Being with you, makes my heart beat like it never has before. Not with anyone. And it's only my first time meeting you.")

(NOTE: At the end of every chapter, I will write one quote of my own or from somebody else. I will write who the quote is by too. If I don't then that means it's mine.)
