Hey lovelies, I won't be giving any spoilers in the introduction; go check it out yourself<3. I put a lot of effort into writing this story because mysteries with romantic endings have always been my cup of tea. So enough of my likes and dislikes, haha. I hope you like the story.

Detective Adrian Vale — 34
The youngest detective ever to lead the Major Crimes Division, Adrian is brilliant, obsessive, and frighteningly good at seeing patterns where others see chaos. He is respected by the department but emotionally isolated.
Six years earlier, his younger sister Elena Vale disappeared without a trace.

Officer Mira Sen — 29
Sharp, stubborn, compassionate, and instinctive, Mira is a police officer recently transferred to Adrian’s division. Unlike Adrian, she believes people often hide the truth inside their emotions rather than their evidence.
She has spent years proving that she is more than “just another officer.”
Her biggest mistake will be falling in love with the one man whose investigation may eventually put both their lives in danger.
