I've worked night shift alongside Jack for over five years. since interning here. we know each other better then anyone. and that includes Robby knowing Jack. casue jack tells me things he's never told Robby or wanted to.
I'm a fellow attending for the pitt. and I love what I do. being a night crawler as Jak dubbed us, has its moments. I mean there are no crazy things that come through the door, and some very unusual things.
but its what I wanted to do, its what I've stuck to and will keep doing for as long as I want.
But the down fall is lack of private life. no time for dates, no time to find someone that understands crazy scheduling.
Besides all my days off and such is spent with Jack. he's my main guy to spend down time with. we've done so much togher. we've helped each other with so much. and I managed to talk him out of the swat helping for a hobby. telling him our time could be a hobby. to think of new adventous things for us to do.
night crawlers and early birds have dubbed him and I work husband and wife. thye make jokes and we go right back. I had of course made sure it doesnt bother jack and he's assured me its perfectly fine. That it's happy with it.
when there are moments that I am not with Jack he has my location on his phone and if he needs to come get me say I get drunk or something, he uses that.
I love him and I know he loves me. we are like two peas in a pod that isnt dating. just dubbed work spouses.
But I think that might change when I reveal to him what I had done.
