The Worst Possible Timing

Felip had one simple rule.

His house was his private space.

No surprise visits.

No unannounced drop-ins.

And absolutely no members barging through his front door without warning.

Unfortunately, his four bandmates had apparently forgotten that rule existed.

Pablo stood outside the front door holding three bags of food.

“Felip said he wasn’t hungry.”

Stell frowned.

“That’s why we’re here.”

Josh nodded.

“Exactly. If Felip says he’s not hungry, he’s probably starving.”

Justin laughed.

“You guys know him way too well.”

Pablo pulled out the spare key.

“Let’s go.”

The door opened.

“Felip!” Stell shouted.

Silence.

They exchanged glances.

“Maybe he’s sleeping,” Justin whispered.

“Let’s put the food in the kitchen,” Pablo said.

They quietly walked inside.

Then they heard something.

A muffled laugh.

Stell stopped.

“Did you hear that?”

Josh nodded.

“Yeah.”

They followed the sound toward the living room.

Pablo stepped around the corner.

And froze.

His brain stopped working.

There was Felip.

Sitting on the couch.

And Y/N.

And the two were completely absorbed in a kiss.

Pablo’s eyes widened.

Stell’s jaw dropped.

Josh froze halfway through taking off his jacket.

Justin’s entire face turned red.

Nobody said anything.

For approximately five seconds.

Then Stell whispered—

“...WHAT.”

Felip’s eyes flew open.

He immediately pulled away.

He stared at them.

They stared at him.

Y/N slowly turned around.

“Oh my God.”

Felip closed his eyes.

“...You have got to be kidding me.”

Pablo finally managed to speak.

“Felip.”

“Yeah?”

“Who is she?”

Felip sighed.

“My girlfriend.”

Silence.

Stell screamed.

“YOUR WHAT?!”

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...

jo987_123: This is a good story, but it needs a good editor to go through this iteration and fix the mistakes. The pov changes from 1st person to 3rd person, often, and sometimes within one sentence. It needs a liberal sprinkling of punctuation marks throughout, and a decision needs to be made about the char...
