The incessant bustle, the vibrant colors, and the aroma of toasted spices floating in the dense air were things Naruto had already grown accustomed to. The afternoon sun beat down on the chaotic and charming streets of Daryaganj, in the heart of Delhi, bathing the city in a golden hue that curiously matched his hair.

At 18 years old, Naruto was a beautiful anomaly walking among the crowd. With an imposing height of 1.90 meters, his presence did not go unnoticed. He had bright, almost golden blond hair that fell rebelliously but attractively over his forehead, contrasting with blue eyes so deep and crystalline they looked like real sapphires. His white complexion seemed to glow under the Indian sun, and his body was a monument to physical perfection: broad shoulders, firm pectorals, and muscular arms sculpted both by divine genetics and by years of training that his body seemed to remember by inertia.

As he walked with two paper bags full of fresh vegetables, spices, and some meat, a nostalgic and somewhat ironic smile formed on his face.

«Damn it, Kami-sama,» he thought to himself, though without true malice.

Naruto still remembered the end of his previous life with overwhelming clarity. He had died too young. His last memory in that other world was the immense weight of gravity and the extreme exhaustion that destroyed his Chakra networks after managing to seal Kaguya Ōtsutsuki alongside the Teme Sasuke. He had fallen to the ground, empty and exhausted, giving his last breath to save the shinobi world.

When he woke up, he was not in the afterlife with his friends, nor in his old body. Kami-sama, in what he considered a very bad joke, had reincarnated him into a newborn baby in this strange world without ninjas. At first, fury had consumed him. He was alone again! An orphan again! He hadn’t met his biological parents in this life either. Why not simply revive him in his original world to enjoy the peace he had worked so hard to achieve?

However, as he grew up, he discovered the divine “compensation.” His body was not only physically perfect but housed abysmal power. He had literally unlimited Chakra reserves and an arsenal of abilities that in his past life would have sounded like a myth. Over time, he awakened legendary Dōjutsus: the Sharingan, the Rinnegan, and other abilities that flowed in him as naturally as breathing. In fact, he knew with absolute certainty that if that crazy Kaguya appeared in front of him right now, he could defeat her without even sweating.

But this world was different. It was “normal.” There were no hidden villages or ninja wars. If it occurred to Naruto to launch a Bijuudama or use the Shinra Tensei in the middle of New Delhi, he knew exactly what would happen: he would end up in some government’s underground lab, dissected on an operating table like an alien specimen. And that was a headache he preferred to avoid at all costs.

Therefore, he lived a peaceful life. Thanks to his Rinnegan, he could materialize almost anything he needed, so money for food was not a real problem. However, to avoid raising suspicions in his neighborhood and to maintain his facade as a normal, handsome young man, he used to go to the supermarket to do his grocery shopping.

«What should I cook today?» he wondered, adjusting his grip on the bags. He was craving some local food. He loved Indian cuisine, its strong flavors, and spicy curries.

As he turned the corner of his street, Naruto couldn’t help but notice the stares. Thanks to his Sharingan, he had not only copied and perfectly learned Hindi, English, and dozens of other languages without the slightest effort, but he also perceived every little detail of his surroundings. The local women, known for their curvy and voluptuous figures, turned to look at him. And not just the young ones.

Naruto almost magnetically attracted women around 40 years old. It seemed that his imposing and athletic figure, combined with his angelic face and his clueless, naive attitude, triggered some kind of deafening alarm in their biological clocks. The women in his building adored him, constantly pampered him, and always found an excuse to bring him Tupperware with homemade food, brush against his strong arms, or simply sigh as they watched him walk by. Naruto, in his innocence, simply thanked them with that big dazzling smile, believing that the people of Daryaganj were extremely kind.

He was so absorbed in thinking about whether to prepare a Chicken Tikka Masala or a simple bowl of instant ramen that he didn’t pay attention to the hurried figure coming in the opposite direction, leaving a small clinic with a briefcase in hand.

—Oof!

The impact didn’t move Naruto a single millimeter. His muscular body was like a steel wall. However, the man who crashed into him bounced backward, dropping a couple of medical folders to the ground.

—Oh, I am so sorry, sir! —exclaimed Naruto quickly, carefully setting his bags on the ground and crouching down to pick up the man’s papers.

The individual in front of him was a middle-aged man, with a bushy mustache, thin-rimmed glasses, and a countenance that mixed chronic exhaustion with the stress of a businessman on the verge of bankruptcy. It was Dr. Baldev Chaddha.

Chaddha rubbed his forehead, about to unleash an insult at the clumsiness of the passerby, but when he opened his eyes and looked up, the words died in his throat.

In front of him, crouching with the grace of a feline, was the most perfect human specimen his eyes as a fertility specialist doctor had ever seen. The breadth of his shoulders, the perfect symmetry of his face, the iridescent glow of health in his skin and hair, and that musculature that screamed “superior genetics.” To the eyes of Dr. Chaddha, who spent his days desperately searching for high-quality sperm donors to save his fertility clinic, Naruto wasn’t just a handsome young man; he was a walking miracle, the answer to all his prayers.

—Here are your papers, sir... —said Naruto, extending the folders to him with a kind and genuine smile that almost blinded the doctor—. Are you alright? You weren’t looking where you were going.

Dr. Chaddha blinked, adjusting his glasses as he took the folders with trembling hands. His calculating doctor’s mind began to work a mile a minute.

—I... uh... yes, boy. I am perfectly fine —Chaddha murmured, standing up slowly as he scanned Naruto from top to bottom. His eyes widened a bit more upon noticing the blonde youth’s imposing anatomy and his evident vitality—. Tell me one thing, son... Do you live around here? I have never seen anyone with your... build in this neighborhood.

Naruto tilted his head, confused by the intensity of the mustached man’s gaze, but nodded with his usual innocence.

—Yes, I live in the building a couple of streets down. I’m Uzumaki Naruto, nice to meet you!

Dr. Baldev Chaddha couldn’t look away. His medical brain was working at breakneck speed, evaluating the young giant in front of him. As the owner of a fertility clinic that was on the verge of bankruptcy due to a lack of quality donors, Chaddha had developed a “sixth sense” for identifying good genes. And what he had before him wasn’t a good donor; it was the Holy Grail.

—Uzumaki Naruto... —the doctor repeated, savoring the foreign name—. Where are you from, boy? You are too tall, too strong, and too... bright to be a simple passerby in Daryaganj.

Naruto scratched the back of his neck nervously, a habit he had kept from his past life, sporting that naive smile that characterized him.

—Well, my family was from very far away from here, doctor... —he replied, choosing his words carefully to maintain his cover—. But unfortunately, they passed away when I was a baby. I’ve been on my own since then, moving from place to place. Now I live here.

Dr. Chaddha’s heart skipped a beat, not out of empathy, but out of pure commercial convenience.

«An orphan! No meddling family, genetically perfect, in the prime of youth, and living alone. It’s a miracle from the gods,» thought Chaddha, rubbing his hands together stealthily.

The doctor scrutinized Naruto from top to bottom once more. He made a quick, silent mental list of the boy’s attributes:

Height and build: 1.90 meters of pure lean muscle, perfect posture, broad shoulders.

Facial features: Golden blonde hair, piercing blue eyes, immaculate white complexion, square jaw.

Overall health: Radiant skin, no signs of fatigue, controlled breathing. A marvel of vitality.

Reproductive physique: The doctor’s trained gaze slyly dropped to the crotch of Naruto’s gray sweatpants. His breath hitched slightly upon noticing the impressive proportions that the fabric could barely conceal. It was evident that the young man was extraordinarily well-endowed, a characteristic that, added to everything else, guaranteed enviable fertility and genetics.

—My son, listen to me closely —Chaddha began, adopting a paternal tone and taking a business card from the pocket of his threadbare jacket—. I am Doctor Baldev Chaddha. I run a fertility clinic and laboratory a couple of blocks from here. I am a man of science, a servant of life.

Naruto took the card. Thanks to the passive cognitive abilities of his Sharingan, his brain processed the medical titles and terms instantly, but his profound naivety prevented him from immediately grasping exactly what the man in front of him did for a living.

—Fertility laboratory? —Naruto asked, blinking curiously, his large blue eyes shining with innocence—. Do you help grow stronger plants and vegetables or something like that? That would explain why you bumped into me while looking at my grocery bags.

Chaddha was speechless for a second, on the verge of bursting into laughter, but he held back upon realizing that the boy was completely serious. He was as strong as a bull and as innocent as a child! That would make things enormously easier.

—No, no, boy. I help a much more important seed to blossom —said the doctor, placing a hand dramatically on the blonde’s muscular shoulder—. I help families. Married couples whose homes are full of love, but empty of children’s laughter. Couples who cry in the dark because they cannot have a baby of their own. I... I give them hope.

Those words were like a kunai straight to Naruto’s heart.

His whole life, both his previous one and this new opportunity, had been marked by the loneliness of not having his parents, by the deafening silence of an empty home. The mere idea that there were people suffering because they couldn’t start a family and have children to love and protect moved him deeply.

—That... that is incredible, Dr. Chaddha —murmured Naruto, and his tone of voice shifted to one of genuine respect—. You are a hero of everyday life. I perfectly understand how sad it is to be in an empty home.

—Exactly! You understand it! —exclaimed Chaddha, feeling like he already had the fish on the hook—. But to work my miracles, I need donors. Young, strong men, brimming with health and good genetics, who are willing to donate... well, the seed of life, to help these poor couples. It’s a private, painless process, and, I might add, very well compensated.

Naruto frowned slightly, thinking. The money didn’t matter to him at all; he could conjure a stack of rupees with a simple thought from his Rinnegan. But getting a real “job” in the community would make his facade as a normal young man completely impenetrable to any authority. And most importantly: it was for a good cause. He would be helping to create families, preventing more children or parents from suffering from loneliness.

Even so, in his infinite innocence, he didn’t have the slightest idea of the physical mechanics involved in “donating the seed of life.”

—If I can help people have a family and not be alone, I would love to help, doctor —said Naruto finally, with a smile so radiant and determined that Chaddha almost had to squint—. And if that also gives me a normal job, even better!

Chaddha felt like jumping for joy in the middle of the street and kissing the handsome blonde’s cheeks, but he maintained his professional composure.

—Fantastic, boy! It’s the best decision you’ll make in your life! —The doctor patted his back, feeling the hardness of Naruto’s muscles—. Come to my clinic tomorrow morning. I’ll treat you to some good chai tea, do a routine medical check-up to confirm you’re in perfect condition, and explain how everything works.

—It’s a deal, doctor! I’ll be there —replied Naruto, lifting his heavy grocery bags as if they were filled with feathers—. See you tomorrow.

As Naruto walked away at a relaxed pace toward his apartment, once again drawing the furtive glances of several housewives in the neighborhood, Dr. Chaddha stood on the sidewalk, clutching his folders to his chest.

—I have found my Alexander the Great... my Aryan warrior —the doctor whispered to himself, his eyes gleaming with greed and triumph—. My clinic is about to become the most famous in all of India.

Omake 1

The second-floor hallway was unusually quiet. Past ten at night, Daryaganj used to calm down, leaving only the distant hum of traffic and the sound of ceiling fans.

Naruto found himself in front of the door of apartment 204. He had been cleaning his house and, remembering that he had run out of green tea, the invitation from his voluptuous neighbor, Mrs. Sharma, came to mind. “My door is always open for you. To... drink tea,” she had said. And Naruto, in his absolute and almost comical naivety, thought it would be very rude not to accept her hospitality.

He was wearing loose athletic shorts and a tank top that barely contained the expansive musculature of his torso and his imposing arms. He raised his large hand and knocked on the wooden door twice.

Just a few seconds later, the door opened slightly, revealing a hallway lit by a dim, reddish light.

—Who is it? —asked a melodious voice charged with a strange urgency.

—Hello, Mrs. Sharma! It’s me, Naruto. I’m sorry to bother you so late, but I remembered your invitation and I was wondering if...

Before he could finish the sentence, a hand adorned with gold bracelets grabbed him by the wrist with surprising strength and pulled him inside.

—Naruto-beta! What a... delicious surprise! —exclaimed the woman.

Once the blonde was inside, Mrs. Sharma wasted no time. With feline agility, she spun on her heels and began to secure the door.

Clack. She slid the main deadbolt.

Click. She fastened the security chain.

Clack, clack. She turned the key in the lower lock twice and, to Naruto’s surprise, pulled the key out and tucked it into the generous cleavage of her outfit.

Naruto blinked, confused.

—Wow, Mrs. Sharma... you really take nighttime security seriously —commented the blonde, scratching the back of his neck—. Are there thieves in the neighborhood?

The woman turned around slowly. She was wearing a maroon silk sari that left a large part of her curvy midriff exposed. The strategically fitted fabric enhanced her abundant bust and wide hips in a way that would make any mortal man break out in a cold sweat. The air in the apartment smelled strongly of sandalwood incense and jasmine.

—Oh, darling... the only one planning to steal something tonight is me —she purred, approaching with slow, swaying steps. Her dark eyes devoured Naruto’s figure: the defined pectorals under the thin fabric of his shirt, the breadth of his shoulders, and, of course, that evident and monumental endowment that the shorts completely failed to hide.

—Steal? I don’t understand —Naruto smiled, completely oblivious to the imminent danger—. I thought we were going to have tea. By the way, has Mr. Sharma already left for his night shift?

—Mr. Sharma left an hour ago, and he won’t be back until tomorrow morning —she whispered, backing Naruto against the backrest of the sofa—. My husband is a good man, Naruto, but he is... tired. And I... I have so much love to give, but my home feels so empty without a baby in my arms.

Naruto felt a pang of empathy. Exactly what Doctor Chaddha had talked about! The loneliness of not having children.

—I understand you perfectly, Mrs. Sharma —said Naruto solemnly, placing his large hands on the woman’s shoulders in a purely comforting gesture—. It is very sad to have an empty home. But don’t worry, I will find a way to help you! In fact, tomorrow I will start a job where I will donate the “seed of life” to help women like you.

Mrs. Sharma’s eyes widened, incredulous at the cosmic blessing that destiny had just handed her on a silver platter. Did the beautiful, statuesque, and super-endowed boy just offer to give her a child just like that?

—W-would you really do that for me, Naruto? —she panted, closing the distance until her generous chest brushed against the blonde’s hard torso—. Would you give me your... seed?

—Of course! It’s the least I can do for such a kind neighbor who gives me free stew! —Naruto affirmed with a bright smile and a thumbs up—. Just tell me where the doctor’s little jar is and I will...

—There will be no little jars tonight, my beautiful golden stallion —Mrs. Sharma interrupted him, her voice hoarse with desire as her hands began to trace the muscles of Naruto’s chest, trailing dangerously downward toward the waistband of his pants—. Here we prefer the traditional method.

Naruto frowned, finally feeling that something didn’t fit into his logic.

—Traditional... method? Mrs. Sharma, why are you breathing so fast? Are you hot? And... uh... why did you lock the door with the key?

The 42-year-old woman looked at him with the intensity of a predator that has just cornered its prey. With a swift movement, she pushed him backward, making him fall into a seated position on the padded sofa, and immediately straddled his lap, accommodating herself over the boy’s impressive proportions with a sigh of pure anticipated satisfaction.

—I locked the door, my darling, because you are not leaving this apartment until you get me pregnant —declared Mrs. Sharma, her eyes shining with unbreakable determination—. Mr. Sharma wants an heir, and with the genes you have, we will give him an Olympian god!

Naruto froze, his large blue eyes dilated to the maximum as the pieces of the puzzle finally clicked into place in his innocent brain.

—EHHH?! WAIT, MRS. SHARMA?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THE TRADITIONAL METHOD?!

But his screams of panic and incomprehension were quickly silenced by his neighbor’s crimson-painted lips, marking the beginning of a night where the great shinobi hero would discover, the hard way (and the good way), why the women of Daryaganj were considered so insistent once they got an idea into their heads.
