"Started off well, with a strong friend group, and refreshing to have a female lead as the future Alpha. Then it tailed off into a lot of paperwork, and a very disappointing ending. Without giving spoilers, the ending could have shown the rebuilding of the pack, and how the dynamic of a female Alpha was received by others. The "gift" was never fully explored either, and could have been an interesting aspect, with Leilani staying with the pack to help Brianna train. "
