The Bite

The night had been unusually quiet.

Felip Suson stood inside his living room, staring through the window at the moon hanging above the trees.

Something about it felt wrong.

His skin prickled.

His instincts screamed at him to get away from the window.

Then—

A growl came from behind him.

Felip froze.

He slowly turned.

Two glowing eyes stared back at him from the darkness.

“What the—”

The creature lunged.

Felip barely had time to raise his arms before something enormous slammed him against the wall.

A werewolf.

Its claws dug into his shoulders as it pinned him helplessly.

“Get off me!”

Felip struggled, but the creature was impossibly strong.

Its face lowered toward his neck.

“No!”

Its fangs sank into his neck.

Felip screamed.

The pain was blinding.

The creature didn’t release him.

It kept its fangs buried in his neck, feeding something ancient into his blood.

Outside, headlights appeared.

A car turned into the driveway.

“Felip!” Stell called from outside.

The other three members were with him.

Josh.

Pablo.

Justin.

They had arrived to surprise Felip.

Stell was just pulling into the driveway when he saw something through the windshield.

“What the hell?!”

The others looked.

Felip was pinned against the wall.

A massive wolf-like creature had its teeth buried in his neck.

“FELIP!”

Stell slammed the car into park.

The werewolf suddenly lifted its head.

Its glowing eyes locked onto the headlights.

It released Felip.

Felip collapsed.

The creature jumped through the open window and disappeared into the darkness.

“Felip!”

Stell ran inside.

Pablo, Josh, and Justin followed.

Felip was barely conscious.

Blood covered the side of his neck.

“Call an ambulance!” Pablo shouted.

Justin was already reaching for his phone.

Josh knelt beside Felip.

“Kuya... can you hear us?”

Felip’s eyes barely opened.

“I...”

His voice was weak.

“There was...”

He swallowed.

“...a wolf.”

Then everything went black.

PARIS IN THE DARK

Hester: Very good, was short too the point , not lingering on the abuse, pity you didn’t let him step in earlier knowing the abuse was happening, but this is almost real for some women who have gone through it, just wish they could all have a princess at te end of thete tunnel
