Some Loves Are Meant To Remain Unspoken

All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

A reflection on unspoken love—how friendship can quietly turn into love, how fear of losing someone can keep those feelings hidden, and how some people remain in our hearts even when they can never be ours. Because not every love story needs a happy ending; some find their beauty in being incomplete.

Some Loevs Are Meat To Remain Unspoken

Some feelings have no name. They are born quietly behind the walls of friendship, grow through small habits and shared moments, and one day make us realise that we have fallen in love—without ever finding the courage to say it.

Friendship usually begins simply. Two people talk, share their thoughts, become companions in laughter and sadness, and slowly become a familiar part of each other’s lives. Sometimes, without either person noticing, love quietly finds its way into that friendship. Perhaps it begins with a simple sentence, a trusting glance, or a small moment of being there for each other—something that suddenly makes one person feel different from everyone else.

Eventually, their smile becomes a reason for our happiness. Their sadness begins to cast a shadow over our own heart. Talking to them becomes a habit, and their presence starts feeling like a natural part of life. Yet, they may never realise what they have come to mean to us.

The hardest part comes when the fear of losing someone becomes greater than the desire to confess our love. We begin to wonder whether speaking our heart might cost us not only the possibility of love, but the friendship we already have. So we remain silent. We keep our feelings locked within ourselves. Sometimes, that silence becomes the quietest proof of how deeply we care.

Some people enter our lives without ever becoming ours. The moments we share with them eventually turn into memories, but the emotions attached to those memories do not grow old so easily. A familiar song, an old photograph, or the silence of an ordinary evening can suddenly bring that person back to our thoughts.

Perhaps not every love is meant to find its way to a happy ending. Some loves come simply to be felt. Some words are never spoken, yet they are never truly erased. They remain somewhere in the quietest corner of our hearts, where even time cannot completely reach them.

Because not every love story is meant to end with two people together. Some stories find their beauty in remaining incomplete.

PARIS IN THE DARK

Hester: Very good, was short too the point , not lingering on the abuse, pity you didn’t let him step in earlier knowing the abuse was happening, but this is almost real for some women who have gone through it, just wish they could all have a princess at te end of thete tunnel

Ashley: I enjoyed the story. It was a short one so the fast pace fit. I think something should be put in to show a time jump between paragraphs like a "****" just to make it easier to follow when we skip to the next day week or month. Over all a good read.
