Just as the physical body has a digestive system, so does consciousness.

They are essentially the same.

The system provides you with trauma, suffering, and confusion to digest and assimilate.

These then become the material from which you create your own world and your self-esteem. The system’s residues become illness and alienation when they are assimilated through the attention you give to the waste propagated across all media — audio, video, and informational.

They aren’t afraid of you personally, but of the abyss within themselves — and you constantly remind them of it: that’s why they want to seize and maintain control, as if you were public enemy number one :))

The constant need for control is a serious illness… :) Especially the need to control the environment in which you live. That’s why they’ve created means of repression — to control you, the disruptive factor, the great unknown. You are their fear and their anguish.

They know, deep down, that they have no chance of escape — because no one can escape from themselves — but by keeping you in a state of amnesia and alienation, this allows them to postpone their own collapse: the collapse of falsehood and lies.

All parasites do this: they create a favorable environment in which to thrive at the host’s expense, controlling the host’s behavior and instilling only “feelings” that promote the incubation of the disease — even if all of this will lead to the host’s agonizing death. Who cares about that?! :)

This egophrenia has turned into a planet-wide tantrum, complete with whining, screaming, and howling, and rolling around on the floor — that is, wars, foolish political squabbles, social and economic absurdities, and so on.These sick manifestations have become the status quo, which perpetuates itself by inertia, like a feedback loop.

Acute malignant egophrenia takes hold of those in “leadership,” those in “power.” That’s why you see them acting as if you were surplus to requirements, as if they were invulnerable, as if they were doing you a favor by being in office, as if you were a nobody, as if you weren’t good enough, as if they were doing you a favor by… “taking care” of you, as if you were always morally and financially indebted to them, as if it were your duty to pay taxes so they can sit around doing nothing while living off your labor :))

Their only “considerable” effort is to talk a good game, with skill, to fool you, to keep “alive” this psychological fog in which humanity — that is, you — has been bathed for thousands of generations.

It’s the whining of a spoiled child who has become an adult biologically, but not psychologically. This stupid dance is a quagmire that everyone needs to get out of.

The most subtle and ingenious manipulation is to keep you in a constant state of waiting.

For this reason, the “savior” and the “messiah” have been instilled in the collective consciousness…But it’s not just that — it’s something far more serious and grotesque: you yourself wanted this — and they gave it to you — because it’s much simpler for everyone. :)

Practically speaking, you hold “them” in your arms to delay facing yourself, because you’re afraid of yourself — that is the harsh and naked truth.

All you can do is stop allowing all of society’s garbage and alienation — those micro and macro “tragedies” subtly cultivated and skillfully amplified — to pass through your own “digestive system” of consciousness. In other words, all that filth — propagated with such persistence and persuasion — must no longer find an echo within you. That is what self-respect means. It is a psychological detoxification.
